this beautiful 850 sq ft unit, on the beach, has heat, 2 cable televisions, wireless internet, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher & microwave, coffee maker, pillows, mattress pads & bedspreads. One secured parking in lower lot just steps away from elevator which can also take you to north roof terrace with 360 degree view, laundry & trash at end of unit walkway, this building is safe & quiet. Located in pacific beach, dining, shopping and ocean walk are within walking distance.

Amazing Views

We had a great stay with our family of four. The view is amazing, and the condo is within walking distance to everything you could need. Host was very kind and accommodating!

Great Stay with Beautiful Water Views

I really enjoyed my stay at this rental. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The view of the water was fantastic, and I even saw dolphins from the living room every day—a definite highlight!The location was super convenient, within walking distance to the pier, stores, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, it’s only 15 minutes from the airport, which made getting in and out hassle-free.Overall, a great place to stay, and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Sure! Here’s a polished review you can leave for your Vrbo host:⸻We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even better. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed — from a fully stocked kitchen to beach chairs and toys for the kids. It made our trip so convenient and enjoyable. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Pacific Beach

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for exploring the Pacific Beach area.The condo is very clean and comfortable. The view is fabulous!Check-in was easy and the owner is quick to respond to questions. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.to questionnication

Another great stay in PB

This was our 2nd visit to this property. It’s a great place in a great location and the unit has everything you need. We appreciate that the kitchen is well stocked so you can cook some decent meals. Host is helpful, accommodating and an excellent communicator. We definitely recommend!

This beachside condo has the best ocean view you can imagine. The neighborhood is great, with restaurants and a market close by.

Excellent PB Stay!

Jim’s place is in an excellent location in PB with beautiful views of the Pacific. The condo is very comfortable with all of the amenities you’d expect. Jim was very communicative and offered easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

My Happy Place!

Love staying at this property! It's right where we like to be. Jim is a great host and has the house perfectly set up with everything we could possibly need. This is our go-to location in San Diego. Can't wait to get back!

Fun at the beach!

Bob was in the ocean, and I was lifeguard. He’s really just a kid, loves body surfing, it was good in his new wetsuit! We’ll be back! Excellent location!

Wonderful Stay

We totally enjoyed our visit to Pacific Beach. Check in was easy. The location is great with an amazing view. Jim (the host) has everything that you need in the condo, including for the beach. I would definitely recommend.

Great condo, view, location and accommodations. Very easy check in check out. Condo was very clean, spotless. And it was very well equipped with every thing you need. Definitely want to go back next year.

Great oceanside stay

We had a great experience here. Jim was very communicative with checking in and out. Everything was clean. The view and the access to the beach cant be beat. Jim also has beach chairs and other beach accessories that came in handy for our beach visits. We would stay again!
