Host was friendly and had great communication which made me feel very comfortable. The property was clean and well equipped. Space does get very warm without ac (august), but we learned if you leave the front door slightly open and the sliding door open the breeze flows through and cools the place down rather quickly.

Great property and very good location , parking my truck was tight the clearance is only 6’6” so barely made it in the garage but no big deal , just thought I would share! Overall everything was as described and more , the view is amazing from the windows I think the best view we ever had staying by the ocean on previous stays! Thank you to Rowena for the seamless check in and the communication.

Great location
Easy check in, clean room and Rowena was very quick to respond to our needs. Would not hesitate to stay again when we return to the area.

Beautiful view. I was so glad that parking was available. I also liked all of the security. Would like to stay there again.

Love this place!
We really enjoyed our stay here; the unit and location were exactly as listed, if not better ways in person. The view was fantastic and Rowena was very responsive.

The view
Great place, easy to maneuver around and get to beach. Great place to hang out and with no need to leave, but also a good central location between downtown and La Jolla/del mar areas!

Relaxing by the sea
Beautiful and comfortable condo!
We loved sitting looking out the window watching the waves, surfers and dolphins.

Perfection
Could not have chosen a better place to stay in the area, already can’t wait to be back! The view alone was worth the stay but all the little details and thought put into the place made it that much better.

Beautiful Beach Getaway
The property was just as advertised. A wonderful place to stay with a fantastic view and comfy furniture. The location was perfect on Pacific Beach and walkable to many restaurants. We loved watching the surfers and the dolphins everyday.

Perfect location, amazing view
This property is so wonderful and the location couldn't be better. We checked in at 3pm and were on the beach by 3:30pm. The condo is well stocked with all the stuff you need for the beach - chairs, beach towels, a big tote to carry stuff, so it was so easy to just grab it and go. The host was super responsive, communication was great, condo was spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful!
We stayed for four nights and it was delightful! Right on the beach with access to a pool too. Rowena was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! One thing to note, is that the beds are very soft, which I loved, but my husband did not.

I also need good mattress support, so your comment surprised me -- in which room did he sleep? I wish I had known while you were still there!
The front bedroom has a very expensive firm gel memory foam mattress that is fairly new, on a custom-built bedframe; the back bedroom has a brand new (less than a year old) firm king mattress from Crate & Barrel on a platform frame. Neither bed has any added toppers. Perhaps the contouring and pressure relief of the gel foam made it feel 'soft'? We also provide an assortment of pillows to help ensure quality sleep for guests. I'll double check for myself when I get back!
