Excellent location to the beach. The house had its own driveway, which made parking super easy. The house was large enough for 2. We had beautiful views of Schwann Lagoon. . We even saw a bald eagle!

Amazing location! : walk to the beach, gorgeous views of Schwan Lake & Twin Lakes beach from the whole southside of the house, with a close-by (4 doors down) pathway for walking along side the lake.The house itself was very comfortable, with a very well-equipped kitchen, & very comfy beds with luxurious bedding. Having a good washer/dryer in the house was very convenient. Jim was accommodating & flexible. He was also very gracious & generous. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

James’ place was great. The location is terrific and the house was clean with all key amenities. Good location to a couple of fun spots in the area and not too far from San Jose where we traveled into a bit. He was easy to communicate with and didn’t have any issues. Would recommend.

We live in Santa Cruz and had to find a place to stay while our house was having work done. This place was quiet and peaceful. I loved getting up early and watching all of the birds. I even saw an eagle one morning. At night you could hear the waves crashing. The house is comfortable but not fancy and the bathroom is small. It was great for our needs.

Most excellent location on lovely lagoon just a minute's walk to Twin Lakes Beach. Nice outdoor sitting places. Comfortable home and very pleasant host.

Nice quiet location between Santa Cruz and Capitola with a view of the lagoon and within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Great Stay

Jim's place is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is delightful for the beach and neighborhood walks. It felt very private, but Jim was responsive if we had any questions. Very relaxing stay!

Great location and neighborhood. Able to walk to the beach. Decor and furniture could use some updating though, felt like staying at a family’s house more so than a fancy rental, but not really in a bad way? Host was really great! Nice guy, nice neighbors, I’d stay again.
