The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball courts, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.

The perfect space for a getaway

My friend and I took a quick 4 day trip and the condo was perfect for our getaway. The view was amazing and we loved watching the dolphins swim up the beach in the mornings. There was plenty of space for us. The beds were comfortable and the condo smelled fresh and clean. All the appliances worked and we liked having the washer and dryer there. The pools and pool area were clean and we enjoyed the Tiki bar very much. There was a little store and restaurant on the property to get drinks, food and snacks. We spent the entire time at the property and just doordashed dinner some. We had access to beach chairs and an umbrella which we used everyday. The owner of the chair rental, Jay, was awesome! He even gave us a discount one day because it was too gusty to put the umbrellas up early. Overall it was the perfect getaway and the property owners were so friendly and great to work with!

Great Couples Getaway

Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for just the 2 of us. Loved our veiw from the balcony. The 5th floor was just the perfect floor to stay on so you didn't have to be on an elevator for a long time. Checking in at the front office was a breeze. Comfortable bed but I would recommend curtains for the bedroom to help dim the lights from outside. The condo is in a great location with everything you need all close by. Lots of nice amenities on the condo also. The owners checked in on us about half way through our trip just to see if everything was ok or if we needed anything which was nice. The only hiccup we had here was the cleaning lady was not done cleaning at 4:00pm so we had to wait outside the door with our stuff for about 20 minutes. Other than that it was truly a great stay and we would definitely come back! r condo at 4

Beautiful vacation

Condo was at an amazing location- wasn’t too busy. Bed was comfortable in the bedroom. Couch wasn’t comfortable at all, and the bunk beds need new mattresses. Didn’t know the bathrooms were connected the way they were so that was kinda weird. The floors left your feet disgusting so we had to wear shoes the whole time we were in the condo.

Great Place Right on a Beautiful Beach

Had a great time. Ruben was very helpful and the staff at Summit was incredibly nice. Had no issues at all from starting to finish. Will be renting again.

Nice trip, but NEEDS Improvements

Neither toilet flushed very well at all the entire time. The floors had a yucky film over them that felt gross and turned your shoes and feet black. My knee has bruises all over it from hitting the footboard, because the bed is right against the corner of the wall in the bedroom. Rearranging the bedroom furniture would be very beneficial. The indoor hot tub was closed which was very disappointing since that's one of the main reasons for choosing this place. It was still a little cool the last week of April and there were double red flags for most of our stay so the indoor hot tub being open would have been nice. The location is wonderful, in that it's literally right on the beach. The balcony view is perfect. It is nice to be on the other end from Pier Park, so it's not as crowded with traffic. However, the downside to the location is that it is directly across from the "gentlemen's" club, which is very disturbing to have to see the pictures, signs, and advertisements every time you walk out the condo, especially with children. I would not have booked this condo for that reason alone, had I known. We had no issues with the hosts or any communication issues. We had a nice trip, but we will choose a different condo next time.

Nicely Located Little Getaway

We stay at The Summit each year we have been down to PCB for a while now. This was our first time in this unit, and it was just what we needed! A great view, nicley decorated, plenty of kitchenware, and great owners! They helped add an additional day upon a late request, and are extremely friendly!

Wonderful stay!

My grandchildren and I had a wonderful stay at Ruben and Ana's condo at The Summit. Actually don't think the online pictures do it justice. It's actually bigger than what it appears in the pictures. The bedroom looks dark and dated, but in reality, it's actually a very nice room. The condo had everything I needed to cook my grandchildren breakfast and supper a couple of nights. There are two beach chairs and an umbrella provided by the owners (even though I brought my own) The ocean view is AMAZING! Loved being on the 5th floor. Perfect for taking the stairs instead of the elevator. I visited during spring break and the majority of vacationers were families. Seemed very family oriented, which I loved! Bikini Bob's (on-site restaurant) was the bomb! The pineapple drinks are a tad expensive, but oh so tasty! My favorite was The Miami Vice. The burgers were delicious as well, and huge!! Overall, I loved this rental! I will definitely be keeping the owners information and will rent again in the future.

Amazing time

Me and my boyfriend had an amazing time here! The view of the Ocean was absolutely wonderful to wake up to every morning! The room was super cute and clean. They even provided their own chairs and boogie boards, which we did not use since we brought our own but was still extremely generous! Ruben and Ana were extremely helpful and fast responding to any questions/concerns that we had. We wanted to stay an extra day and they were helpful in getting us booked an extra day (which was very well needed). We also accidentally snagged their Roku cord while gathering our Xbox cords and they were very nice about having us just send it back. Definitely recommend to everyone and will definitely be back! Prices were also extremely affordable and the 24/7 security was really nice to have. Thank you both for the wonderful stay!

My best friend and I enjoyed our time here. Clean condo with a great view! Pool area and beach very clean. Security on hand at all time. We felt safe. Very quiet also. Kitchen had everything we needed to make food. Highly recommend

July 2023 Stay

The Condo was as advertised. The view from the balcony is amazing. The location is good with several restaurants in walking distance. We had no issues during our stay and would definitely book this unit again.

PCB Trip

The room was nice and exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was great, we had messaged a few times regarding the check in process, there was scheduled maintenance of a window and door being replaced while we were staying, and as a result the crew left a slight mess that we handled, and Ana was always very kind and responsive. The on site bar, pools, restaurant, store, and beach access are great for anyone with families with small children as you don’t have to leave the property. Staff were friendly, & the food at Bikini Bobs on site was probably honestly some of the best food we had all week. We have already told several people that we would probably continue staying at the Summit from now on because of our experience. Thanks for the opportunity to use your property!

Priced well

Parts of condo are updated and other parts need update. Would benefit from more furniture to lounge in living room. Great view to the beach and Anna and Reuben were very accommodating. Priced well and I would stay again especially if some updates are made.

Very sad

I was very disappointed in our room. It was nasty. We don’t have a lot of money so we saved and saved an looked so forward to goin on vacation and it was very disappointing. Dryer was broke door wouldnt shut Handle on sliding door goin outside was broke husband had to fix it so we could get it open Toilet seat was broken had to b careful sitting on it or it would pinch u. Shower curtain had mold all over it. I paid y’all lots of money and I’m sick over it. I feel like I should get some money back

It was a great room there was a few things that need to be addressed the tv in the bedroom we couldn’t get the Roku to work, the toilet paper holder next to the toilet with the shower kept falling off the wall the screw were pulling out of the drywall, the sliding glass door handle was loose and in the weeks time we stayed we seen about 5 roaches in the kitchen and living room but overall great view of the ocean this was our second year staying at the summit and we would definitely stay there again

Unit needs an electrician and maintenance

Microwave did not work and the dryer door would not close. The toaster oven handle falls apart when you use it. The mini coffee maker barely made two cups of coffee. Many outlets did not work. Kitchen light did not work as well as the light in shower room. Discoloration on the ceilings in the bathroom ? mold. Towels very thin and cheap. It would have been nice if the owner mentioned you needed a code to come thru the gate from the beach from early evening. Also a menu from Bob's s Grill located on site left for the guests as the owner of the grill stated he has many printed menus.
