The place was even bigger than it looks in the pictures, very reasonably priced for what you get. Great location close to downtown and not a far drive from the beach

This is a charming cottage located in the historic district of downtown Pensacola. Within a few blocks there are dozens of restaurants, several breweries, museums, coffee shops, etc. The water is two blocks away. Outstanding location.The cottage is well appointed with everything you need. High end furniture, great Wifi, and beautiful decor. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the place.

Restful Stay in Downtown Pensacola

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. The property was extremely clean and comfortable, and a convenient walk to downtown. We’d absolutely stay again.

We were very pleased with these guests - they were considerate and thorough in their care of the property, and kept it in excellent condition. They were also great at staying in touch and keeping us informed. We would definitely host them again.

Historic District Downtown Pensacola

Fantastic stay at this beautifulProperty. Cozy, comfortable and spectacular location to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer. Restaurants areAmazing and the beach is a short drive from the house. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated and updated, with all the extras you could ask for. We felt welcomed immediately. The location was in the heart of the historic district, within easy walking distance of downtown and the waterfront. We would love to come back with even more time to spend.

Staycation

Had such a fantastic stay! The house is even cuter in person. It was extremely clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was perfect. Neighborhood was great parking was easy. I truly loved everything about this little staycation. Can’t thank the hosts enough for making it so cozy and easy! Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in downtown Pensacola.

Charming Cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous cottage located in a fantastic area of Pensacola. Absolutely beautiful space with every amenity one would need. Excellent and thoughtful communication by our hosts. We walked the area during the day and walked to a fabulous dinner every evening. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Pensacola Cottage

The cottage was more than we expected! My husband and I travel to Pensacola often and love to stay in the downtown/Seville area and I think we found our new perfect spot! The cottage was expertly decorated, extremely comfortable, thoughtfully stocked, and conveniently located. A complete wow!

Excellent

We stayed for a week at this cottage. It was exactly as represented. It's exceptionally clean and well furnished. It has a small, fenced back yard and off street parking (which is really important in this district). You can walk to many good restaurants and bars as well a downtown entertainment venues. A great location for couples.

Nothing but Praise

This was one of the cleanest and best-equipped houses I have ever rented. The owner (Chuck) & manager (Gloria) made check-in easy, they answered me immediately, and everything worked! The art decorations and personal details were amazing, and the kitchen made me wish I could have stayed longer and done some gourmet cooking -- it had everything. I love the house, I love Seville Square, and I love Pensacola (I lived there for 10 years). You can literally walk to everything but the beach & Naval Museum from this house... to all the downtown shops, theaters, & restaurants. My only regret is that I don't live in that little house so I had to leave.

Great location and so cute!

I was an artist in the great gulf coast art festival and this was an ideal location.. the house was incredibly cute and spotless..walking distance to a lot of restaurants..

Do yourself a favor and book this Cottage, our stay was absolutely perfect!

This large one bedroom has many high end design details and sits on a gorgeous street in the historic district. The home is furnished beautifully and has wonderful natural light that streams in throughout the day. The linens were so nice we requested their details and purchased a set after checking out! The cottage would be perfect for wedding guests or honeymooners using the church across the street.

perfect quiet restful

very nice clean comfortable bed kitchen and total cottage very clean not very important but a larger tv would be nice . but will def. be back. every thing about the cottage and the host was a pleasure thank you
