Long Weekend Visit

Very well remodeled home in the Jax beach area. The property had all the amenities you could ask for, very clean and comfortable.

Fantastic Place

We enjoyed everything about the home. Perfectly close to the Mayo and even closer to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We look forward to our next visit.

Cutest home!

We were so impressed with this home! Everything was clean and just as pictured. The girls of the group kept commenting how cute all the decor was! Safe neighborhood and close to beach and great restaurants!

Excellent weekend stay

We had a great stay at The Palm Shack. The property is located in a nice neighborhood and is just a short drive from the beach. The home and each of the three bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. We were impressed each day during our stay. From the screen porch to the stylish bedroom, we enjoyed each area in the home. Each member of our party enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this property to any visitor to Jacksonville Beach.

The house could not have been cleaner and cuter. Coco is an incredible host and was so sweet and communicative. I recommend this house to anyone staying in the Jacksonville Beach area.

Perfect Stay

This is the best vacation rental we’ve ever stayed in. It’s rare for a vacation rental to actually be equipped with everything you need, and be truly CLEAN. The space felt like a home, not a rental, and was absolutely beautiful!! We were only able to stay one night but will definitely book again. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the host is very kind and quick to respond to questions. Very quiet neighborhood (hard to find at the Beaches) and a beautiful yard, too. Thanks very much!

Outstanding stay at the Palm Shack. Very open, comfortable and close to everything. The host was very friendly and gracious with responding to ALL my questions. The outside does not give justice to the inside. It is a large three bedroom with a beautiful master bedroom and bath. The other two bedrooms are a very nice size. We used a portacrib in one of the bedrooms and still had a lot of space. The neighborhood is friendly and kind. Parking was perfect for our guests as well. The host went above and beyond allowing us to host a bridal shower brunch during our stay and everyone was impressed! There are some beautiful decor and plenty of light throughout the home. We experienced a minor issue with the fridge and Coco was prompt to handle the matter checking in with us multiple times. Highly recommend The Palm Shack for your next Jax Bch stay. You won’t be disappointed!
Adorable bar area to set up and entertain. Has four stools as well that can be used as a great breakfast nook.
Entrance
Dining room is open and plenty enough room with lots of seating. We moved things around to make a walk around brunch set up.
Living room has cozy and extremely comfortable couches and chairs.
