- Clean, uncluttered design throughout.

- New bathroom fixtures.

Family retreat for graduation

We thoroughly enjoyed this home for our family to come together for our son's graduation. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and pleasant. The space was perfect for our extended family and we enjoyed being able to rest, relax, and visit during our stay. The house had everything we needed for the trip. We would highly recommend this location if traveling to Gainesville.

Perfection!

This house is lovely. It has been recently renovated so everything is brand new. It is also spotless! We loved the location as we could walk to two grocery stores, multiple restaurants and shops and even the post office. The hosts, Alex and Karen, were extremely responsive and helpful. We will be back!!!

Adequate room for our family and dining area for our family of four. Good location because close to local family and stores . quiet neighborhood.

My wife and I have lived and worked in Gainesville for many years. While we are new to short term hosting, we have had property for rent in Gainesville for over 20 years and stayed in a number of places ourselves. We think we have a pretty good idea of what makes for a convenient short term stay and think you'll enjoy our place.
