In the center of Breck's Peak 9 area, you'll find this cozy one-bedroom. first floor condo, providing an ideal retreat among the mountains.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you might need to whip up delicious meals and enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. Refresh in the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with towels and basic toiletries, or take a relaxing soak in the four outdoor hot tubs or swim in the heated swimming pool (open year-round).

Note that the pool and hot tubs will be closed as of April 27, 2025 for annual maintenance. The facility will re-open for the summer season on May 23, 2025.

Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washing machine and dryer, as well as high-speed WiFi to stay connected. Recent Speedtest app results were 685 Mbps (download) and 22.8 Mbps (Upload).

Park your car in the underground assigned parking space. There also is unassigned surface parking available. The condo is located a short walk from the QuickSilver chairlift on Peak 9 as well as the shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Breckenridge.

Fantastic Repeat Stay!

Location, Location, Location! This condo is a short walk to the slopes. Clean, newly renovated, and super comfy beds with parking included. We have stayed here before and will be back again! Thank you, Gary, for a wonderful stay!

Our Go To Location for Breck!

Perfect for a couples stay who love to ski! Easy walk to the slopes. Feels like home! Plus, Gary is a fantastic host and so accommodating. We will be back next year!

Perfect condo in a great location

Condo was perfect for our family of 3 and had everything needed. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The owner was super helpful with any questions I had pertaining to the area. Condo was super clean and the bed was super comfy—even the sofa sleeper was comfortable

Amazing location and comfort

Gary, the host was clear and concise with the listing. The view from the couch to the outside was beautiful especially for a couple of the days when it snowed. The kitchen appliances were all in working order and in great condition. Everything was clean when we're arrived and easy checkout process. Overall great propert and we would stay here again if available. Thanks for an amazing place.

Beautiful condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Breckenridge condo! The condo is beautifully and thoughtfully renovated. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Very short and convenient walk to Peak 9 area. We enjoyed the cozy fireplace and the lovely snow-covered view. Communication and convenience of entry, parking, etc. was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will be back. The whole family enjoyed this stay! Thank you!

Excellent Breckenridge accomodations

One of the best vrbo experiences we've had. Host communicated effectively and everything you could possibly need was either on property or within short walking distance. Kitchen well stocked, great new bathroom with laundry and comfortable furniture.

Relaxing Short Vacay

My husband and I had a great stay at Gary's place. The location was close to everything and had a lovely view of the aspen trees out the back. We read and enjoyed shopping Breckingridge as well as Frisco and took in the art fair in Dillon. The house was well stocked, bed was comfortable and even had a fan in the closet for our use. Would recommend and would stay here again if available!

Unbeatable stay in BRECK!

Perfect property for a relaxing getway! Condo is just as described and pictured - exceptionally modern, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to explore the town. We really enjoyed the in-unit washer and dryer (which allowed us to pack light) and both the master bed and sleeper sofa were extremely comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality, Gary - we hope to stay again!

What a lovely place

I cant wait to come back! Cozy place. Clean. Had everything we needed. Easy walk to the center of town. Gary has a great guide book to places to eat. The neighbor next to us played his guitar later morning so we sat on the enjoyed that. Would live to stay here again..that.

Excellent location and very clean property!

My husband, teenage daughter and I loved our time in Breckenridge! This property was perfect for our stay, and it had everything we needed. Very clean and newly remodeled, short walk to Quicksilver chair lift, and ski rental at Charter Sports (Marriott Mountain Lodge). We liked that we could park in the underground parking garage too. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo

Loved this place. The location is excellent. Just a couple minutes walk to the Village. We walked almost everywhere during our entire stay. We’ve actually paid $25+ to park at Breck and had to walk further to the lifts.

Father-Daughter Ski Weekend!

Absolutely amazing condo which was extremely clean and well supplied! All updated. Beds super comfy. Short easy walk to the lift! Gary was super quick to respond and so easy to work with! We will be back.

Awesome choice

My son and I had a a fantastic stay. The condo appears newly remodeled and was very well kept up and spotless. We enjoyed being able to walk to the base of peak 9 every day as well as the short walk into town. It’s a nice quiet location with easy parking. The host communicated well and was responsive to questions. I highly recommend the condo and the location.

Amazing Place!

Great place! We went skiing with the children and loved this property. It’s very clean, modern, comfortable . We walked to the ski lift, which was a huge advantage. Parking was easy there’s . There is a 7 Eleven around corner that carries last minute items needed after a fun long day of skiing. The owner is very nice and response fast to messages .

St. Patrick's Day Trip

Our trip could not have been more perfect. The walk to the village and lifts were so easy and close. The condo was so cute, clean, and had literally every single thing you could have needed for a trip. The remodeled touches were amazing! So cute and useful. The hot tubs were great, and parking was easy. The check-in and check-out instructions were so easy and so detailed with great information. Gary could not have been a better host with communicating! Could not recommend this stay enough! Thank you, Gary!

Perfect for 2

This condo was perfect for our long weekend stay! It's newly renovated, very comfortable, and accurate per the listing. It had everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is stocked well with all the tools and appliances you need! It might be a cozy stay (maybe too cozy) for more than 2 people (unless they were kiddos), but it was perfect for the two of us. The location is great! Still quiet even though you're a quick and easy walk to main street and surrounding shops and restaurants. We will definitely check availability the next time we're looking to stay in Breckenridge!

Fabulous stay in Gary’s place

Absolutely fabulous! Gary’s place is perfect for a stay in Breckenridge … spotlessly clean, modern and really well equipped. A short walk from quicksilver SuperChair lift and very close to town too. No complaints at all… the skiing was great - but it was also a pleasure to get ‘home’ after we’d finished. Very comfortable. Gary was excellent attentive host who promptly responded to a couple of requests we had - and got a small repair done within a day and with no fuss at all. I've been in love with Breckenridge and Summit County since my first visit in 2004. My Breckenridge "get away" became mine in 2010 and have enjoyed sharing it with guests ever since.

I enjoy being able to walk to the slopes or into town for dining in one of the great restaurants that Breck has to offer. The wooded view is so pleasant and you may be fortunate enough to see fox and moose.
