The fully stocked kitchen, complete with everything you might need to whip up delicious meals and enjoy at the dining table with seating for six. Refresh in the modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, complete with towels and basic toiletries, or take a relaxing soak in the four outdoor hot tubs or swim in the heated swimming pool (open year-round).

Perfect condo and excellent location with a short walk to Peak 9 lifts and Main Street. Very comfortable bed, super clean, beautifully decorated and well equipped with impressive attention to details that made our stay a joy. Especially well-appointed kitchen made cooking a delight. Gary is an excellent host with prompt and helpful communication. Our family of 3 loved our stay!

Absolutely incredible stay! I told Gary that of all of my years staying in Breck this was my favorite place to stay by far! Easy to find. Close to the town and lifts. Bed was super comfortable and had everything I needed for my annual week in Breck. The hot tub/pool facility was huge and I really enjoyed that they had a space to change after using the space. This is a little gem in breck and do not hesitate to book! I am hoping that my week is always available so I can stay in this little piece of heaven year after year!

Spring Break Ski Vacation
The condo was very clean and perfect for our trip. We loved the fireplace. The proximity to the ski lifts and dining were wonderful! We would stay here again!

Great place
Great place to spend the week. Clean, modern condo with comfortable bed. Close to Main Street so easy walking distance to all Breck has to offer.

Great place to stay
Excellent location. Easy walk to ski lift and main street. Condo has everything you need and is so comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cozy condo with great location
Clean and cozy with all essential amentities. The location is great with walking distance to peak 9 and the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Repeat Stay!
Location, Location, Location! This condo is a short walk to the slopes. Clean, newly renovated, and super comfy beds with parking included. We have stayed here before and will be back again! Thank you, Gary, for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Breckenridge accomodations
One of the best vrbo experiences we've had. Host communicated effectively and everything you could possibly need was either on property or within short walking distance. Kitchen well stocked, great new bathroom with laundry and comfortable furniture.

Our Go To Location for Breck!
Perfect for a couples stay who love to ski! Easy walk to the slopes. Feels like home! Plus, Gary is a fantastic host and so accommodating. We will be back next year!

Perfect condo in a great location
Condo was perfect for our family of 3 and had everything needed. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. The owner was super helpful with any questions I had pertaining to the area. Condo was super clean and the bed was super comfy—even the sofa sleeper was comfortable

I've been in love with Breckenridge and Summit County since my first visit in 2004. My Breckenridge "get away" became mine in 2010 and have enjoyed sharing it with guests ever since.
