Wonderful new place in a great location in Wilmington. It's super close to so many great spots. The place was clean and had a decently stocked kitchen for a new location. We liked the options of activities in the house with the pool table/ping pong setup. Our only setback was some freshly washed bedding was still damp and we had to redry a lot which took up most of the day. We still enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend.

Very clean and cute property. Pet-Friendly but yard is not completely fenced in like pictures make it seem. Would still stay here again.

Brand new property, clean, quiet location, close to everything we needed. Water cooler, several TV. Lacked a few essentials like extra towels (2 bath towels only, no wash cloths) no extra bedding for extra mattress, no dish towels or paper towels, and needed blackout curtains if you plan to sleep in after sunrise. Pack accordingly. Note: due to new build, there is a sand lot. Owner did mention this in advance. It was built in February, we visited end of April.

The location of the house was perfect for our visit. It’s easy to get to most places and is within walking distance of restaurants and the cross city trail. We enjoyed the combination pool/ping pong table. The kitchen had most things needed to cook a simple meal but there were no coffee cups. The dishwasher hadn’t been emptied when we checked in and a few of the cups in the cabinet had to be washed before being used. Some of the amenities listed as being available were not. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no shampoo or hairdryer. The things listed really should be provided or removed from the list so renters know to bring them.There were no blinds or blackout curtains in the bedroom. The streetlight shines directly in the window and there is no way to dim the light for sleeping. The sliding glass door in the back of the house doesn’t slide, it has to be lifted to move it. We didn’t realize this and had difficulty getting it shut and locked again. It should be fixed. We would consider staying there again if the above items are improved.
