The condo was amazing had anything you could possibly want for beach the owners were amazing had a problem with tv reached out to Dennis the owner he left friends to come over and fixed our problem would highly recommend the condo the pool was amazing very peaceful

Awesome and family friendly.

We loved this place! It was great to have all of the extra toys for rainy or cooler days inside. 10/10 would recommend especially for families.

This is the 3 rd time we have stayed at this specific condo! We absolutely love it! We have stayed at beach condos all over the South and this condo is our absolutely favorite!!! It is spotless! The owners are so gracious in having condo stocked with all the essentials like towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, skim boards, etc. Everything you could possible need is there or in the garage you have access to. Plus everything is labeled which is so helpful. You just literally have to bring clothes. The condo is beautifully decorated! The location is great! The view is spectacular! We even got to see a Space X rocket go up from the balcony at night. Also you can watch the cruise ships come and go. The view from master bedroom is priceless as well. It is a close walk to the beach. It is a very private condo complex, clean, safe, and extremely quiet!!! The place is laid out so nice. Owners communicate well. I would give this place 1000 stars and cannot wait to return!!! When you stay here, it feels like home and it is so hard to leave!!! You will not be disappointed!

Very nice place

We really enjoyed our stay! We really liked the location of the condo and the beach and it was definitely a very nice place to unwind for a few days. The owners were wonderful and very attentive to any questions or anything. Definitely would stay here again!

Great place, great hosts, great time! Terrific for our whole group, five adults and a 14-month-old who loved playing with all the toys, super comfortable furniture, beds, but the balcony and proximity to the Atlantic are truly the best!

Beach Trip

Great complex, great location, not crowded, unit had anything you could want for a beach trip. The interior furnishings were different than what was pictured on VRBO. We would stay there again.

winter retreat

two weeks and loved every minute of it...can't wait to return ...Dennis and Irma are kind, excellent and willing to make your trip complete with offering the extras like bikes, beach chairs etc.... Loved it all

Best condo ever at Cocoa Beach

We loved the condo. It felt just like home and the owners have anything we would possibly need available to use. Cooking supplies, condiments etc. We will def be looking to stay again.

Excellent

Very nice place with very nice owners. It was so nice to have all the extras like beach chairs, bikes and everything you would need right down to the kitchen supplies. No need to pack extra for this place. Awesome place to pack light and flyto.

Retired couple, from the Space Programs at the Cape. After retirement we lived in the unit, but recently build a new home nearby. We enjoy the beach and using the condo unit ourselves for long weekend stays and visits by the grandchildren.

Our Jolly's Sandcastle unit is on the 6th floor directly overlooking the beach & ocean, a 7 story private 7.5 acre condo complex. Sandcastle Condo's well maintained facility, with a on-site facility manager. It provides a large year/round heated pool & Jacuzzi, dry sauna, and community room available for guest private parties. The facility has 220 open parking & handicap spaces. It is quietly located away from the main coastal highway (A1A), but walking distance to A+ Seafood & Steak restaurants, fast food restaurants and shopping. Cocoa Beach has great clean soft sand broad beaches for sunning, fishing and surfing. Close by city public swimming pool, Tennis & Golf Club, with 3 course layout. Great fishing in river, surf & ocean & dining pier. It is a direct ocean beach, small community with many nature walking trails, parks and water access for marine and wild life excursions, walking/biking/boat tours. We have a large open ocean pier, with restaurants, gift shops, fishing area and viewing of surfing and beach goers. We are located next to Kennedy Space Center and to the US Space Center to view rocket launches and tours. Adjacent to Cape Canaveral Port: Seafood Dining Restaurants, Ocean Fishing boat charters, Gambling boat for local off shore ocean excursion, Twice per day. Major Cruise lines ship boarding terminals. Also an easy direct freeway 45 minute drive to Orlando airport and all the Orlando major theme parks, as well as the famous Daytona Raceway & Auto drive-on beaches.

Sun bath or relax in the warm ocean waves or in the year-round heated pool & Jacuzzi. Our grand children love to come visit and play with us in our unit on the beach. Local & friendly community, initially close to our past employment at the Space Center, and our enjoyment of the ocean.
