Welcome to your best vacation EVER. HOT TUB, PET FRIENDLY, HIGH SPEED WIFI! Nice level entry to this stunning home with all rooms on one level including fully equipped kitchen living room, laundry, and 2 master suites, one King and One queen. Kitchen includes: Electric drip coffee maker, toaster, full oven and stovetop, full size fridge, dishwasher. knives, silverware, cutting boards, croc pot, blender, cooking utensils, ALL provided. All linens provided. One roll of toilet paper provided per bathroom and one roll of paper towel upon check in. Cornhole is provided for guest enjoyment and a selection of board games and books.
Dog- limit of 1, $50 fee will be charged after you book. Note: There are 2 exterior cameras one pointed at front door one pointed at parking. There are no other cameras on site

Hemlock house is located in the gated community of Powder Horn Mountain in Deep Gap, NC just south of Boone, NC. Renters have access to the outdoor pool during the summer months as well as hiking trails (we HIGHLY recommend checking out our trails, there are swimming holes galore!), clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, campground, fishing, paddle boating, frisbee golf, and more.

50"smart TV in living room with Roku and 42" smart tv in side screened porch the perfect place for GAME DAY! Flat Screen TV's in each bedroom as well! This house has central heat and air AND mini splits in the bedrooms for additional comfort. As for the wood burning fireplace, please bring your own firewood. Or let the manager know at least a week prior to arrival and we can have some ordered at $10 per bundle. The house has River Street internet so you will be able to stream your favorite flicks! Cell phone signal is descent especially if you have Verizon but wifi calling is available. (check the settings on your phone)

Just minutes to Boone, Banner Elk, Blowing Rock, West Jefferson, High County festivals, Fly Fishing, Blue Ridge Mountains, Appalachian Trail, Wineries, Breweries, App State Football! Shopping and local restaurants galore! We are about 50 mins to all ski resorts and about 25 mins to Appalachian State University. 4WD is not needed UNLESS a storm is imminent. Always stop for groceries before arrival, once you get here, you won't want to leave!

- ALL Trash must be bagged in large kitchen bags, including pup pick up bags. $25 fee per bag if it doesn't fit in the provided outside trash container. We do NOT recycle but there is a recycle center nearby off Jakes Mountain Road.
