Great for a weekend getaway! My daughter, a couple friends and I stayed here while tubing up in Boone. It was perfect for what we needed.

Fun Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The kids loved exploring the trails, playing in the creek, and sliding down the rock. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

Everything was very nice, beautiful area, and very peaceful. The only thing I would suggest is to describe the drive up there and take the paddle boats off, since there are none for guests to use.

Cheery on Top

We had a great stay at Cheery on Top! Powder Horn Mountain was a great place to stay. We hiked, fished, swam in the pool and creek. Our dogs had a freat time as well. We will definitely be back.

Family vacation

Beautiful and quiet setting. House had all of the amenities. Very clean. Susan was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend staying here. Will definitely be back!

Cute cabin with a nice location in the neighborhood. There is a trail right outside the back door down to the river and is walkable to the clubhouse. Kitchen has essentials but not a surplus. We enjoyed our stay and Susan was amazing!

Wonderful Brief Getaway

We decided to take the “long way home” as part of a longer trip and detoured to this cabin for a couple days. Clean cabin. Very relaxing setting. Relatively easy access to Boone and Blowing Rock. All around good trip and wonderful experience.

Everything we could need was provided for us! We loved sitting out on the back deck in the evenings and the screened in porch in the mornings! Beautiful and secluded neighborhood. We all wished we'd have had more time!!

Peace and quiet in a well maintained and clean cabin

This cabin is very clean and well maintained. If you want a remote location while still close to Boone - this place is it. We had an A+ experience. Will be back.

Early Christmas getaway

Spent 3 days here the weekend before Christmas and it was the perfect relaxing time for our family. The house was decorated for the holidays making it that much better.We lost our heat halfway through the stay but the owner supplied us electric heaters to hold us over until the HVAC guy could come.
