We had nine ladies in our group so we greatly appreciated the five bathrooms. We enjoyed being close to the lake and to downtown. There seemed to be a lot of rules but they were easy to follow. You must have your own app for the smart TV in the living room . We would recommend these accommodations.

What a great layout for a VRBO! Each bedroom could have their own bathroom with a bathroom for the common area! The common area was a great size for our group of 8 people.

This property has everything you need to enjoy a stay at the lake/mountains. We did an adult trip with six of us and we will definitely book again with our kids!

Our host was very welcoming and everything was great! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Grand Lake! We will definitely be staying here again!

Loved our stay. Wonderful house. Owners were very nice and great to communicate with. So many bathrooms which was really nice for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Nice noise isolation throughout the house for people that wake up earlier than others. Large driveway parking area. Close location to both the water (Rainbow Bridge/Point Park) as well as close enough to downtown to either walk or make a very quick drive. Nice kitchen. Large dining room table. Hot tub for colder evenings. This is a great place to stay!

This is a great getaway spot that’s in a fantastic location! It’s a nice easy walk to the downtown area and the house was beautiful and perfect for hosting a girls trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grand Lake in this well appointed, spacious home with many gathering spots. The décor is very updated, lot's of bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The home has a big kitchen and large table that sits 10 or more. Great location with easy access to town and lake.
