And you’re just a quick drive or free bus trip (5-minute walk to bus stop) to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin. You and your group will love it!

Boulevard Bend Condo is a deluxe condo that’s perfect for up to four guests. It’s designed for discriminating tastes but still maintains a cozy “mountain feel.” The living area features comfy furniture and a flat-screen TV — it’s the perfect place to kick back after your high-country adventures. The kitchen is equally nice, with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range). The dining table seats three.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer/dryer, a covered parking space, and complementary Wi-Fi. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. We enjoyed our week long stay. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen. Nice bathroom Great location close to several ski resorts.

Great location

The location was great and centrally located for my various skiing destinations. Overall, I was satisfied with the space and cleanliness. I’d book again.

Great little place

This place is perfect for a quick little getaway plenty of room for two and kids on the pull out couch. Quick walk to Main Street and the lake can’t wait to come back during the summer!

Gas issue

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was nice and clean but on the 2nd day the property manager came by because the neighbors smelled gas and I lost my sense of smell a few years ago and didn't notice other than I had a headache, assume it was from the gas. I would check recomend except the gas issue

The negative was that it was very close to Route 9 & the round about was in front of unit, so it was noisy. . Other negative, carpet in bedroom & closet needs replacing. I would suggest w same vinyl flooring in rest of unit. Positives: the unit had obviously been redone recently. All appliances were new. Great washer & dryer. We had problems w TV, but management sent someone to help us. The unit was small, but adequate & comfortable for 2 people.

Great Vacation spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a 8 day vacation in Frisco and this condo was just right for my husband and me. We could easily walk or ride our bikes to Main Street where we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants and shops! The bike paths, mountain hikes, and the beach were close by as well. The condo provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Our only non-5 rating would be because the bed wasn’t as comfortable for us as we would have liked. However, we are in the over 60 age bracket and after 3-4 hr hikes and bike rides each day, our aches were letting us know the bed wasn’t what we were used to😉 Overall, the condo was just right for us and the great communication/customer service was very much appreciated! Thank you Summit Mtn Rentals!

Great get-away

Good spot for skiing and work remote

Nice spot in a great location. Easy to walk to Main Street Frisco, the Breck shuttle stop, or get on the highway to go elsewhere.

Ski trip

Too Hot

Our condo temp was over 74 F. The thermostat you couldn't adjust down. Had to contact management, who were in the Philippines. They had to contact the HOA to adjust the boiler. Found out later that the reason the condo was so hot is because the boiler was below the condo. We were told just open the window, that is what most people do. It was 17 F at night outside. I couldn't even put my chocolate in the cabinet because it was too hot and it melted. When I said something about it they just said sorry about the chocolates. The last day we stayed there the hot tub upstairs was drained. This caused water to come in our front door and it caused a sheet of water to come off of the roof. We couldn't even go out the front door without getting soaked for several hours. There response was I hope you didn't ruin your clothes. The management company blamed the HOA for the issue. I don't care who is at fault. I blame the management company because they are the one who took my money and all they could say was sorry. After the hot tub incident I decided to check out a day early because I had all I could take

Cozy, walking distance to free shuttle to Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is cosy, clean and kitted out with everything you need. However, if I was to visit Frisco again, I would stay closer to the Frisco transportation center as we did not have a car and relied on the bus to go to the grocery store.

Great location and cozy stay

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this condo conveniently located off Main St. Easy to walk to dinner, shopping and our favorite places. Also we enjoyed walking to hiking trails nearby to take in the beautiful fall colors. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed, and the wifi worked well for remote work. The only thing we missed was access to regular TV to tune in to Sat morning GameDay and college football games as we were lounging. However, there were all the apps to watch including Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Apple TV, etc. Great value compared to many other properties we looked at.

Great location!

Great location, good value, would recommend. Comfortable bed, great communication with the property management company. Some road noise at night from being right on the road, as you'd expect. Also some harsh-bright bulbs in the dining area, but everything else was great.

Nice Property

Nice and clean. Very noisy. No A/C, which I understand, but warm enough t you have to sleep with the windows open. About 6-6:30 you get woke up by the nearby, very busy traffic signal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a good area, easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and museum. The marina was in walking distance as well, but across a busier street. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and very clean. We were at the end of our 10 day trip, so the washer and dryer were a great amenity in renting this condo. We highly recommend the 5th Ave. Grill, The Ein Prosit, and the Butterhorn Bakery and Cafe.

Memories in Frisco

Over all the unit was nice. There was a problem with temperature of the unit. In the information provided at check in it does say if it is to hot to open the windows. I also turned on the overhead fan in the bedroom. It was really warm in the unit. Just hard to control. There was also a floor problem in the kitchen. I reported it right away. Management is very nice and very easy to communicate to. Nicly location in Frisco.
