Spacious Waterfront House for the Perfect Getaway

Our house is located on the wonderful Smith Mountain Lake. The community around the house gives more than just a place to vacation, it also provides a place to cherish. Whether you want to enjoy scenic views, get wet in the water, or just enjoy good music and great people, our house allows you to do it all!

We provide sheets/towels/and K-cups for you morning cup of coffee by the lake! Kayaks and paddleboards for use during stay.

*All parking of vehicles/boat trailers must park on the property (new second side driveway now available**

Great place to stay. Wonderful view with several levels to enjoy the lake view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and seeing the deer come back every night to sleep just outside the house on the hill by the dock.

Wonderful house on the lake! We enjoyed it with our teenaged children, but it would also be a great house for a girls/guys/couples weekend with friends. Lots of space for outside entertaining and hanging out. Big living room and kitchen table to hand out in as well. Kayaks and paddle boards were fun for all of us. Not far from the boat rental places and, even though the water was pretty low, we were able to get a boat to the dock with no problem. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at this beautiful house. The hot tub was perfect. All the amenities worked great and the house was very well stocked. We would love to come back sometime.

The house has a really nice dock, comfy beds, and a great hang out area for teens/ college kids. The downstairs area has a drink fridge and counter space to eat. Hot tub right out the downstairs door is really nice! Relaxing home with water views!

Incredible Lake Vacation

The house was clean and had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The view was perfect and it was nice to be so close to Bridgewater Marina.

We really enjoyed our stay. With the unseasonably cool weather it was really nice to have the hot tub. The house has everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. We used the fire pit a couple of times and it was really nice to have the wood provided. Great location on the lake!

Best Lake House ever!

From the minute we walked in we felt so relaxed and at home. Perfect lake vibe and the view was amazing! We didn’t want to leave so we stayed an extra night and Sean was easy to get ahold of and adjust our reservation. We will definitely be staying there again!

Such a Great Lake house! The house provides a lot of great outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy views of the lake. Very comfortable and well-equipped. We all agreed that this is a house we would definitely return to and would love to stay longer.

Great break from the Heat!

We loved staying at this property. They had everything we needed and then some. We loved the coffee on the deck, the stand up paddle board, swimming at the dock, and the comfy leather couches. We liked all the seating arrangements and long tables. Great area on the lake, convenient to rental boats!

Family getaway

Overall a great vacation property. Owner is making nice improvements (new dock). Hopefully a small beach is in his future plans....would be nice for small children.

Great place for staying at SML

We had a great visit to the area. The house has all you need for a great time. It’s conveniently located and in a peaceful neighborhood. The owners are easy to work with and make things super convenient for you. Only wish we had more time to stay.

Nice property on the water at SML. Open great room inside with plenty of nice outside seating. Numerous amenities. Host was very communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Lakehouse Getaway

Sean, the owner, was extremely helpful. The property has a lot of amenities offered. The house was located near a neighborhood pool, close drive to local necessities and entertainment, all for a fun filled family getaway. Our family had a great time!

Spacious Home

Nice sized house with several indoor/outdoor gathering areas for friends and family. Well-equipped for activity filled lakefront vacation. Pool and pickleball within walking distance, good overall location within SML. Bedroom carpet in need of upgrade but otherwise very favorable rental experience.

We had an excellent time and the host, Sean, was very communicative. The house is exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the provided kayaks and paddleboards especially with the house being in and near coves. Although I'm not usually a huge fan, the hot tub was great to soak in after being out hiking and horseback riding in the surrounding area. We brought our pup and the house already had baby gates on the deck, a dog bed, bowls, and a corkscrew lead outside. Absolutely would visit again*Also, I've never seen more deer in my life which as a New Englander is saying something. It was so cool to see all the babies and bucks just hanging around. Something to keep in mind though if you plan on bringing your pups.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation and the house and property were absolutely beautiful. The house is situated at the end of a quiet cove with great views and a quick drive by land or water to shopping, attractions, etc.The house was immaculate, and it was very well stocked with supplies, utensils, etc.The great room has plenty of windows and was a popular spot for us to gather. We also ate outside at the very large dining table on the deck.The hot tub was perfect, seems to be brand new. Water quality, and temperature were perfect. Plenty of kayaks and other water toys available near the dock. Plenty of life, vests for adults and children as well.The house is in a wonderful community with friendly neighbors and a deep water boat ramp just around the corner. This was particularly helpful since Lake levels are low right now.Our host was great to work with. He responded to questions right away and was very helpful in every possible way.We will be thrilled to stay at this property again in the future, probably next summer and maybe even this fall.You won’t go wrong with choosing this property.

We had an amazing time. The place was open space so much room downstairs was amazing a whole section for our grandchildren. All the extras that the owners provided was great. I have nothing negative to say.
