Gulf-front 30A Townhome - Steps to the Beach.

Wake up every morning and have a cup of coffee on the deck looking out at the Gulf. You may even get a dolphin show. It doesn't get much better than that. Then walk down to the sugar white sand, swim in the beautiful crystal blue water. When you are thirsty, hungry or just need a nap, you are steps away from the house. This unit has been completely remodeled, new kitchen (Quartz countertops with quality stainless appliances), master bathroom (frameless walk-in shower), Bedding (Westin Heavenly Beds), furniture (Pottery Barn Sectional and recliner), recessed lighting, and 3 TV's (featuring 65" 4K TV). The deck has quality Polywood furniture with Sunbrella cushions (two lounge chairs, four bar height chairs and large 48" table for Al Fresco dining). Our townhouse is truly a home away from home. Our unit has a fully stocked kitchen with a large pantry, should you choose to cook. But if you want to enjoy eating out, there are many restaurants to choose from on 30A. Every type of food you could want from Sushi to Pizza, 30A has it all.

The master has a King size bed with Westin "Heavenly Bed" Mattress, with a private balcony, full bath with frameless walk in shower. Second bedroom has a Queen Bed with Westin "Heavenly Bed" Mattress and built in bunk beds with a full En-suite bathroom. Our living area has a Pottery Barn sofa Sectional with Wrapped Down cushions seat and a leather recliner. 65 inch LCD smart TV 4K, with HD box, & 100Mbps+ Wi-Fi. All bedrooms have TVs. There is also a half bath on the main level. We have covered parking below. We also offer full sized top loaded washer and dryer with stainless tubs.

Our townhome is situated between Seaside and Alys Beach in Sea Grove beach near Eastern Lake. We are just a short drive to Destin, Panama City Beach, Rosemary Beach & Grayton Beach. They all offer wonderful restaurants, nightlife and much more.

Awesome summer vacation in Seagrove

We loved our stay in this townhome. It was the perfect size & location for my family (2 tweens + 2 adults) especially since the kids didn’t have to sleep in the same bed & the 2.5 baths were great to have. The beach chairs & umbrella available for use were great. We loved being able to walk out the back door & almost straight onto the beach. The only thing that we didn’t love was that the master sink has very little space to put out products. A shelf on the wall above it to the right would have been great. Otherwise we loved our stay & the house.

Heavenly Vacation Spot

This townhouse unit was everything I wished it would be. It exceeded all of our dreams. Perfect location and literally steps from the beach. We enjoyed being able to walk straight off the front deck and get right on the beach. We loved the quietness of the location. Not the busyness and noise of PCB. The beach wasn't crowded at all and so clean. Water was as clear as can be. We will be back to this place our next vacation for sure. The townhouse manager, Cindy, was nothing short of amazing. She answers our questions very promptly and she was soo helpful. Thank you again for allowing us to stay here.

Family vaca

We had a great time! Location was perfect, being right off the beach. Had great views and even got to see dolphins almost every morning! Condo was clean and exactly as described and was perfect for our family! Any concerns or questions we had Cindy was prompt to respond to. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home and Ideal Location

This was a perfect location for our vacation. The condo was exactly as described and probably the best stocked we have stayed in. Its location was ideal. We will be back. There was a slight mix-up at check-in, but Cindy was responsive and proactive in fixing a minor inconvenience. Great host.

Relaxing beach time

Beautiful townhome in a great location

We stayed at this townhome and absolutely loved it. The location in regards to Seagrove Beach and the surrounding beaches (Alys, Rosemary, Seaside) was perfect. Nothing was too far to get to and to be right on the beach was perfect for us. We will be back and definitely will seek out this property to see if its available again.

Great location

House was adorable and had the best view. However it is located on a public beach and was so extremely crowded. It was so easy to walk to the beach. Very close! Beds were comfortable! They had 2 beach chairs to use and beach towels.

Comfortable & Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Beautiful views. Our family of four was very comfortable. We most appreciated her letting us check in early—since last visitors were gone day before and unit was ready early! This was so nice and gave us what felt like a whole extr day. That was priceless! Kitchen was well stocked for what we needed. She even had some cleaning supplies which was nice to clean counters, etc. We stayed in another unit in past in same set of condos. The beach was much quieter 5 years ago. We couldn’t believe how much busier it was—but the whole area of 30a has gained in popularity and the secret is out. You need to wake up early to secure a spot on the beach, fyi. Probably like that though for any stretch with public beach access now. Cindy was very responsive to our needs and very kind to work with.

A breathtaking view!!!!

What an extraordinarily fun and beautiful experience!!!! Cindy was absolutely amazing! She was easy to communicate with, friendly and very sweet!! The condo was beautiful, clean and super organized and full of everything we needed down to comfy linens and kitchens supplies! Every room had an enormous high quality television with Netflix, pandora and a ton of other channels! The beds were clean, incredibly comfortable and the bathrooms were very comfortable as well! The grill was conveniently located in the front yard and there was a cozy picnic table with an umbrella to use also! We loved the cue from the patio and it was a very short straight shot to the beach! My grandma who is handicapped was able to sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the beach. The water and beach were second to none and we absolutely loved every moment!! I accidentally left my luggage and Cindy went the extra mile to communicate with us to ensure we were able to have a service pickup our luggage and was very kind about it.

Family beach vacation 2023

Beachfront Townhouse was an amazing place to stay for our beach vacation. The Townhouse has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. It is a very short walk to the beach which is super nice. The owner is helpful and great to work with. She made sure our needs were met. There are restaurants and shops close by. I would refer this Townhouse to any one and I can't wait to return. It is my favorite spot so far!!

Nice little getaway

The house is just as described! A nice Short walk to the beach. The public access that is located in front of the property is small and is enclosed by private properties on both sides, so you must get to the beach early if you want to have a nice spot because it fills up very quickly. I’m always wishing people would leave a review about the beds so I’m going to give one! The master bed is extremely soft, I think it has multiple mattress toppers on it, so if you a like a soft soft bed that’s for you.. if your a firm bed sleeper you will not like it. The kids enjoyed the bunks and I think the guest bed was not as soft. Overall the place is perfect for a small family and would recommend 10/10!

Excellent property

Clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Kitchen, Appliances and bathrooms were all very nice. We didn’t use the washer and dryer because they were in the parking area and I’m older and didn’t want to go up and down steps more than I needed to! But it’s there if you need it. Beach is a little crowded at this public access point but it’s an easy few minute walk and if you carry your chairs east just a bit it’s more spread out. We loved being able to park right under our unit. If you don’t mind no elevator and some stairs this is a real find. I’d recommend to a friend and I’d stay there again.
