The space
Recently upgraded with full AC and beautifully furnished throughout, this private two bedroom home features an open floor plan and breathtaking views overlooking Kalapaki Bay and Nawiliwili Harbor, modern kitchen, dining area, dedicated work space, and living room with Smart TV.
Fully appointed kitchen including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Master bedroom features a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, seating area overlooking the bay, and access to the walk-out balcony.
Spacious living room includes a comfy sofa (a queen-sized bed is also available for additional sleeping accommodations), Smart TV, private walk out balcony with lounge furniture, laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.
Please note that as this property is located cliffside on the oceanfront, and is the main level unit. Downstairs unit is also a short term rental. In order to access Kalapaki Beach and the nearby resorts, take the sidewalk past the front gate and look for the elevator down the path to your left.
Please use electricity and water responsibly and be sure to turn off the AC while you are away from the home. The weather in Kauai is mild and beautiful year round and the home is equipped with an excellent AC system that will immediately cool to your liking when turned on, however, if left on unnecessarily while you are away the electricity cost is substantial. Street-side parking for one vehicle is available for guest stays directly in front of the home. Additional parking is available across from the home in the shoreline access parking area. In order to access the drive aisle in front of the home enter through the gate on the right hand side of the street as you approach the top of the hill.
