Our family had a wonderful stay at Bryan’s place. The evening had become chilly and the host made sure we checked into a warm home. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The cozy living room was perfect for card games and conversation. Loved seeing all the deer run through the property. Amazing place to stay

Our group was super happy with the house. The host is very responsive, and the layout of the house is as shown in pictures. The outside stairs were perfect for the dogs.

The property and location were great (being from NYC, being greeted by a family of deer alone was special, since normally we only see rats when we come home).My issue with the check-in is not with the property or owner but how Vrbo makes you download an app to get in. Fortunately, I was able to get wi-fi on the road but think Vrbo should make it so owners can email or text (to make matters worse, lost iPhone that very night which is like losing a loved one, and if I hadn't fortunately remembered my door code, we would have had to sleep in our car since only App had access code). But otherwise, all good!

Everything was great! The house had everything we needed and was super close to everything in town. Bryan was super helpful and easy to communicate throughout the stay.

The home was very clean! Kitchen well stocked! Beds were extremely comfortable!! Beautiful views! Lots of deer, my daughter and I watched them quite a bit! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!!

Nice clean property good for a younger family. Do not recommend taking older adults. Minor issues but we made it through and enjoyed or stay.

Description is very accurate. Sometimes at places we have stayed (especially in the mountains), cleanliness has been an issue, but not here. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed all around. As per the description, both sets of stairs are steep, and we have small kids. We were able to talk to them before hand about being careful and we never felt unsafe with them. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Setting for a Quiet Weekend

This cabin is exactly as pictured. Well appointed with attention paid to decorative details. In a nice quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and shops.

Mountain getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the cozy cabin. Close to Beech Mountain and Banner Elk. The stairs were a little tricky to navigate, but we had everything we needed for a nice weekend. We got snow while there which was fun for the kids!

Adequate Stay

Good choice for people who want to be up on the mountain, but there is no place to walk to. The furnishings are tired, but the kitchen and table worked well.

Our property doesn't advertise as walkable to town, but is a mile or less to the ski mountain or back into Beech. Our funishings are the opinion of this guest, but all beds were new in the last few years and we'll let our accurate pictures describe our amenities for themselves. We look forward to hosting you.
