Inside the home, you'll find a spacious interior spread across two levels. Whip up delicious dishes in the convenient full kitchen with everything you need for home-cooked meals. Gather together for movie nights in the open living area. Relax and restore in one of two plush bedrooms or the loft.

Serenity Point offers its guests a swimming pool and private beach access. It is conveniently located a short distance to the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital, fishing pier, shopping, and dining. Join a Topsail Beach tradition and visit the Beach Shop and Grill for a hamburger or beach dog. It will be an unforgettable experience. The kids will enjoy the close proximity to the Patio Playground for miniature golf and arcade games.

The shared pool is typically open from May through September 30th.
This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful location

Property was beautiful and exactly as advertised. Easy access to the beach and very peaceful.

Very nice

The propert was as advertised. There were some minor wear and tear items the owner should address. The back door was difficult to lock and lights were either burnt out or we could not figure out what switches worked each light. Dimmer switch appeared to be for the dining room but it would not come on. None of this took away from our stay these items should be addressed by owner asap.

Picture Perfect

The property was exactly as listed and offered the most amazing views of the ocean and intercoastal waterway. We absolutely love the south end of the island and this property didn’t disappoint. Would definitely stay here again, and again!

360 view of the ocean and sound

The house was situated perfectly for a view of the ocean and sound. Very short walk to the beach and a great deck for watching the sun set. Carolina Daze was perfect for a weekend getaway and hope to be back for a longer stay next time!

Mosquitos were horrible

The property was ok. There were multiple little things that were not working or broken that added up to being very frustrating overall. The house had a great view and easy walk to the sound side or the beach, however the mosquitos were horrible the second you steped outside. Not enjoyable to walk to any area without bathing in bug spray. We have never stayed that south on topsail island and will never stay there again. The customer service of the property managment was very unprofessional and not helpful until we finally talked to someone local. Would not recomment vacasa properties to anyone. Enjoyed our vacation for the most point but wished we stayed in a different location on the island like we have in the past to fully be relaxed.

Week long bliss!

Our second stay in Carolina Daze

We love that dogs are welcome. The linens being included, and the beds are made is a definite plus! The porch furniture is really nice. Location to the pool is great. There was extra blankets in the living room, that made it even more comfortable!

Property was filthy

When we arrived, the unit had not been cleaned. The property manager was not able to get someone there until late the next day. Even then, they didn’t vacuum the carpets. There were rings in the toilet, toothpaste on the sinks, but the biggest problem Was the bathrooms-especially in main bedroom. The bottom was black and there was mold around drain. Screens a torn and broken so you can’t open windows or bugs will come in. There is an incredible amount of dust on the ceiling above master bed. Also, I let them know that there is a leak in ceiling above the couch that should be addressed. Location was great and outdoor areas was fantastic.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property is very nice. The views are amazing and the location is awesome. The cleaning service is not great. I left the home cleaner than I found it. In fairness, the company in charge of renting it did send someone the next day to reclean the kitchen- but I had already taken care of it. If it were my property, I would look into a different cleaning company- otherwise, we really enjoyed staying in this home.

Topsail Island

Place was very clean and modern. Had everything we needed. Lived that we could bring our pets. People were very friendly. Would stay there again. Beach was incredible.
