Beautifull location

Beautifull views and great pool. Easy access to the beach. This is on the 3rd floor and only has stairs so keep that in mind.

Beautiful view.

This place has an amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean. We loved the balcony in the morning and at night for listening and relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Beautiful stay

Pros: Ocean, beach and pool - washer/dryer - balcony - linen and towels - two rolls toilet paper - a day use of soap and shampoo/conditioner- pretty clean - great for price - cute decor Cons: No beach towels or toys for adults (had a couple of kids sand toys), broken kitchen light and front room lights wouldn't turn off - a couple of cockroaches - mildew smell in bunk bed area - on third floor with no elevator - hard to find if coming at night the first time - floor a little dirty

Relaxing vacation with unforgettable ocean views

It was ours fifth time on that beach and in this complex of apartments. The unit was nice and modern. The ocean view is breathtaking and an access to the beach priceless. The apartment was fully supplied with bedding and towels.We had wonderful time and probably be back next year, I would recommend this one to my friends.p.s It is the third floor and no elevator but for us it was wonderful opportunity for the extra exercise .

Alot didn't work out . The AC quit z the Internet barely worked and the fridge stopped working

Beautiful view

The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The condo was clean and comfortable. The water pressure isn’t great and it takes a while for the sinks and tub to drain. The dryer doesn’t work very well. There is also no elevator in this building and the condo is on the third floor. There are only two parking passes and no area for over flow parking.

It was very clean!

I loved the location. One of the comforters smelled like urine. The TV in the bedroom woild come on and cut back off. We didn't get a redponse until 10:32 pm the night before we left. There was no Roku cord in living room. There was only 1 normal size coffee cup.

Bad accommodations

NO water pressure in the shower. Foam topped mattress that sinks in the middle, in the main bedrooms. Living room TV broken. (Cable box will not stay on) Minimal glassware for two. Broken toaster. Keurig coffee maker only. STRONGLY SUGGEST you contact Vacasa to make sure these things are fixed before renting.

Nice property and view...that's it

No cable TV for rainy days...customer service never fixed. Water pressure so weak you may as well take a shower in a sprinkler.but never fear..with no TV you have time to kill all the 50 flies flying around in condo. Terrible experience

It’s Meh…..

Don’t know if I’ll stay again. A/C didn’t seem to work but it was cool enough we opened windows. WiFi didn’t work and took 24hours just to be asked if it was working. We left a day early and decided to go home. Water pressure was also poor. Other than those issues it was okay. They have a shower to rinse off from the beach but it’d be nice if they added a spigot to rinse just your feet.

Weekend Getaway

The check-in process was completely misleading because it said that check-in had to be done at the property management office if it was after hours. We arrived after hours so we went to the Vacasa office, unlocked the after hours box only to find that there was no package in there with my name on it. After staying on hold for 20 minutes on the so called emergency line, someone finally answered, but the call was "dropped" before coming to a solution. After an additional 25 minutes, it was concluded that we never needed to go to the property management office. All of that to say, the information given for the check-in process was very misleading and discouraging when arriving after hours and traveling four hours with a toddler. As for the property itself, it was fine for a long weekend stay. However, the tub and bathroom sink did not drain well, leaving behind unwanted residue. I did appreciate the extra towels/washcloths and the ice maker!
