The owner was kind and accommodating but the property management was not so great and quite rude frankly. The accommodations are in the basement and so you need to watch your head as you enter the unit. Fantastic location.

Comfortable basement apartment in a beautiful home with a pretty yard & garden space. Loved the mushroom lights on the walk in! Safe, quiet neighborhood with ample parking, easy access to the #5 bus, but also easy walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and of course, the zoo. I was visiting family who lived nearby, so location was everything for me, but this was a lovely place to call home while in Seattle.

Phinney Ridge visit

Lovely basement apartment in Phinney Ridge area. Close to lots of amenities. Quiet in neighborhood of quaint homes and gardens. Could have used some instructions about the floor heater and other heaters. TV has run of the mill cable shows with several apps that require you to sign in to your account to use. All in all a great visit !!

Clean, quiet, and conveniently located. If you plan to walk, just know the hill you must climb is quite steep, so be ready. We visit this area occasionally and will likely stay here again.
