Ardeevin - GOODYEAR LAKE - NEW renovation - Ardeevin is nestled on a side hill with a majestic long distance view of the lake. Ardeevin is a Gaelic word meaning 'beautiful height'. Because it faces south you will be able to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets.

This immaculate waterfront cottage has a dock on 60' feet of private waterfront. There is a level grassy area all along the waterfront for outside dining and relaxing; this is a rarity here in the foothills where the hills often slope right to the water.

Ardeevin is a welcoming 2 bedroom / 2 bath home that will comfortably sleep 6. The main level features an enclosed sunroom with glass on 3 sides. The main level sunroom includes a seating area and a dining area. One bedroom and one bath are located on the main level. The lower level has another sun room with glass on 3 sides as well. The lower level sunroom has a daybed which has a twin bed and a trundle twin. There is 1 bedroom and 1 bath on the lower level.

Amazing views, perfect home away from home

The owners have thought of everything you may need and included it in this cute cabin (from extra toothbrushes to plenty of linens/ towels to things like hand soap). The view of the lake and mountains was spectacular to wake up to each morning and enjoy in the evenings by the dock as well. We took the kayaks out several times and had so much fun during downtime away from baseball fields. 20 minutes from CDP and truly a perfect home away from home for myself, husband, and younger son (10).

Cooperstown Stay

We were in town for a Cooperstown Dreams Park trip. It was a great place to stay and the lake views and access are fantastic. The house was an easy drive to Cooperstown, the ballpark, and places to eat. Great hosts as well. We will be back.

Cozy Cabin

Cozy cabin with the most beautiful panoramic view! Owners were super accommodating and attentive. Easy drive to both Cooperstown and Oneonta. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic

I would 100% recommend, the place was perfect! Very clean stocked with everything, very quiet and the perfect view. Bruce was amazing, check in and out was as easy as it gets. You won’t be disappointed, definitely the perfect lake cottage stay.

All Star Village and Lake Living

Bruce and Lorraine were great hosts. Close proximity to All Star Village(where we were) and Dreams Park. Our family had a wonderful time at this location. Neighbors also put on an impressive fireworks display. I’d highly advise staying at this spot when coming to Cooperstown area.

Slice of Heaven

We were in town for our son's Cooperstown experience and we couldn't have been more happy with our decision to stay on the lake when we weren't at the field! The house was a easy drive to Cooperstown, beautiful lake, great boat options, bid bass, store about 2 miles away and FABULOUS

Relaxing piece of heaven

The Cabin is very quaint and met all of our needs. The view from the sun room is beautiful. We enjoyed the variety of boats that were provided, and we especially enjoyed having our coffee and cocktails sitting in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the beautiful lake. After spending the day at the ballpark, it was always a pleasure to go back “home” and completely relax . If you want serenity, you’ll enjoy staying here. Bruce and Lorraine are lovely hosts.

Great house and lake!

The house is adorable, while it is not huge the owners have done a great job maximizing space while giving you everything you need as a family of 5 we had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with everything (pans/utensils/appliances) we needed to be able to cook and grill at the house. The beds were comfy and everything was incredibly clean. The lake is right out the back door. I could have sat forever in their windowed sitting area and watched the lake forever. The house has boats for use and lots of outside seating (Adirondack chairs, picnic table, outside patio table). The owner suggestion of water shoes is a great one. We spent hours swimming and floating. Based on what we saw, the fishing seems really good too! Best part of all, Bruce and Lorraine are amazing hosts that are happy to help make your stay great while not imposing. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back again!

Cottage on the Lake

This home was adorable. It was the perfect place to get a respite from baseball games at Dreams Park. The drive to Dreams Park was an easy drive from the home. The variety of boats was super fun and easy to use. The view was amazing. The home was clean and had everything you needed. Communication was quick and helpful. I highly recommend staying at this rental.

Super Clean and Comfy House

We just got home from our week stay at Ardeevin. I can't compliment this place and the owners enough! The house was super clean, very homy and comfortable. We met one of the owners right when we arrived and they were very attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. We all enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boats too! We were about 15 minutes from Dreams Park, and same distance to Walmart, Price Hopper and plenty of restaurants. If you are going to Dreams Park, this place is the perfect place to stay!
