Welcome to Seaing is Believing located at 1004 Ocean Blvd - where the sand, surf and wonderful accommodations all come together for your perfect vacation.
Less than 1 block to beach!!
Real Escapes Properties is proud to welcome 1004 Ocean Boulevard to our program. Charming, recently renovated, amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located just steps from the beach and only a few blocks away from the well-known St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Pier and Village area.
As you enter the foyer area, you will find a shiplap wall that is featured in the two downstairs bedrooms and carried through to the upstairs. The first bedroom has two twins and a smart TV. The second downstairs bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and sliding door access to the outdoor patio and the common area fire pit. The shared bathroom downstairs is brand new with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second level features a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and new cabinets, which opens up to a great living room/dining room/entertainment area. From the living room you will have sliding glass door access to the newly enlarged deck with table seating for four and a chaise lounge. You have a partial ocean view from the deck. The master bedroom upstairs boasts a king sized bed with a smart TV. The upstairs bathroom, with new everything, has a double vanity and walk in shower.
The “Cedar House” residents share a huge fire pit and backyard grill. Hang with your old friends and make plenty of new ones!

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this property.
• Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the designated spot in 3rd Street.
• 1 block to nearest Public Beach Access, 1/4 mile to St. Simons Lighthouse, Pier and Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Roll of Paper Towel and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
