Very Nice

This is a mice location. It is an older property, but well maintained. The property manager was quick to answer questions and very accommodating.

Just what we needed

We needed a quick booking close to our sports tournament. This home was perfect! Convenient, and homey! We needed an option to bring my pup, even though we did not end up bringing him, felt good to have the option.

Last minute get away

Found this cozy little gem after other plans were cancelled. Had everything we needed for our family including cozy beds and a fully stocked kitchen.

Mom's funeral

This home provided nice Refuge and place to prepare for different events we needed to go to. We had time to walk around the neighborhood and relax and spend time with others.

Quiet and spacious

We brought the whole family for GCU grad ceremonies and to move our daughter back to Colorado. This home is surprisingly close to GCU. We weren’t sure how that would work out based on the map but it was only around 15 min each way and traffic was sensible. It’s got a ton of room and has absolutely everything one might want. Perfect communication with the host, easy entry and great covered parking. The neighborhood is pin drop quiet, except for morning bird song routines, which were beautiful. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen perfectly set up, etc, etc. We enjoyed the back yard and also loved watching the big lightening storm and rain that came through. Just a great place all around.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and well stocked

We had a great stay in Phoenix. The property won't win any design awards, but it was just as the photos illustrated, and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's also stocked REALLY well, and not just in the kitchen. Ron was on top of everything. It was just my husband and myself on this trip, but we could see us coming back with our adult kids and being able to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

Great rental, great host

We stayed in this property for more than two months. The property was as advertised. The property is rather old, but it is well kept and comfortable. We found there were several items we brought with us that were not needed because it was already there. Because we were unfamiliar with the neighborhood, we were a little nervous when we first moved in. We were impressed with the security of the home. However after walking through the property several times, we found the neighborhood very friendly. The bedrooms are comfortable. The appliances are of a good quality. We liked it so much we rented it again for next year!

We wanted to try snowbirding and found it wasn't for us. The place was nice but needs updating. Loved the wheather.

Extremely well equipped house

Great place to stay while I was visiting family nearby. First VRBO I've been to stocked with a piping bag! (Plus air fryer, instapot, waffle iron, etc.) Neighborhood is not super fancy, but it seemed safe. Very close by to grocery stores, Target. I appreciate that we could bring our dog and spread out into 3 bedrooms. Thanks!

Absolutely Perfect

So we had a ton of room to host a few local family members, a fully stocked kitchen with supplies, a very comfortable home to come home to while in Phoenix each night, so clean and so much room to spread out and reinvorgate for the trip home! Ron was a great responsive host and just so kind and thoughtful!

Mid-May Stay in Deer Valley

All was as promised and we found the property clean and neat. All the amenities were appreciated including the kitchen appliances, spices, condiments, tea and coffee and cleaning supplies. Forgot to tell host that we used the last dishwasher detergent packet that was under the sink. Also, we neglected to empty the trash, though we did take out the recycling.

Great, Quiet, Stay

My son’s and I really enjoyed the stay at this property. We stayed here to go watch supercross. Property was very clean and in a pretty quiet area. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

The house was so inviting and the communication was amazing. I cannot express how thankful we were as a family to stay on our little spring break vacation!! Would recommend 10 out of 10!!
