Discover the lively Bywater district, a historic treasure in New Orleans, one of America`s most captivating cities. Embrace the laissez-faire spirit rooted deeply in tradition and renewal at The Saxony, a condominium a few blocks from Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park, that connects to the Mississippi riverfront. Unwind in this newly constructed building offering great amenities including a refreshing pool, fitness center, and secure parking, ensuring a truly indulgent stay.

Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!

This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit`s floor. Once you enter the unit you`ll walk into the full kitchen which is immediately followed by the living room and patio/balcony area. The first bathroom will be to the right down the hallway followed by the first bedroom. Down the hall to the left will be the laundry room followed by the master bedroom with an attached bathroom.

You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

We`re available any time you need us!

The Bywater is a vibrant art scene - with local artisans` galleries, funky live music venues, and art markets, embodies the essence of these adjacent neighborhoods. Beautiful condo. Well maintained and stocked with everything you could need. Very comfortable bed. Carson with Vello properties was super responsive and property manager Connor went above and beyond to make us happy. This kind of customer service is rare and very much appreciated.

Bywater is an excellent location to enjoy New Orleans. The Saxony is a well maintained property. Our condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

This is one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in. The property is in an excellent location, in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to walk to the French Quarter (or a short car ride to anywhere). The home is super clean and comfortable, exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved having a nice kitchen for morning coffee before starting our days exploring the city. Our host provided plenty of resources for groceries, dining, and activities. We're looking forward to our next visit!

Really enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. The rental unit was beautiful. Couldn't ask anything nicer to stay in. Had a great time. It was a great location and I highly recommend someone looking to stay in New Orleans to check this one out.

Wonderful holiday

We had a wonderful stay in Bywater. It was convenient to our family and the condo was spacious and well maintained. Convenient to restaurants and bars and of course there is the Chantilly cake- thank you Bywater Bakery!

We were in New Orleans visiting our son and daughter-in-law who live in Bywater. The condo was just a 5 minute drive to their home. It was very comfortable and clean. We especially liked the secure parking garage. The host was quick to answer questions and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely consider the property for our next visit to see our son.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed. We had everything we could possibly need. Getting to the French quarter was a drive or ride share away, but overall a decent location.

Clean, new, and convenient

Property was exactly was described, and management was super communicative. Parking was easy and protected. The Bywater neighborhood is cute and was a great home base for us. Recommend!

Excellent place to stay!

The condominium is beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The location is great, easy to park your car and Uber everywhere. The secure garage parking is very safe and convenient. Everything went exactly as planned, which was wonderful because we were in NOLA for our son’s wedding. Communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend this condominium!

Great time in NOLA

We were 4 senior citizens who came to NOLA for a long weekend of JazzFest -- and this property couldn't have been more perfect. Spacious, clean, nicely appointed, easy in/out and a quiet neighborhood that also felt centrally located for everything we wanted to do, whether it was the festival or a trip to the French Quarter. Indoor parking, swimming pool -- what more do you want? We would absolutely stay there again without hesitation.

Great Place

4 adults (2 couples) stayed here and it was great. Everything was clean and matched the description and pictures. It was a very safe place and area. Everything is secured with a door code to enter the building. The pool area was an added bonus that we used a couple times as well. If we were to come back to NOLA, I would definitely book here again

We’d/dong trip

A really great location and beautiful property! Would suggest rubber shower mats, cone coffee filters for those that bring their own coffee and update codes in the book. Host was very accommodating and we loved being there! I don’t know the code in New Orleans but grab bars for getting in and out of the shower would be helpful especially in the tub shower. Would highly recommend this place!

As mentioned in my earlier feedback, having to fully get out of your car to open the garage is unsafe. Even Public Storage allows for functions to happen via an app (opening the garage, accessing the elevator, accessing the specific floor of the unit, etc.).Additionally, there was a pungent animal smell in the hallway. It appeared as if someone was addressing something in the hallway as there were large fans present. It didn’t really address the smell.We have stayed at this unit before and noticed the upgraded decor. My in-laws stayed here this time and loved it. I would suggest that beds be upgraded to king size. We are staying in another unit and the rooms can accommodate the size.This condo has everything one needs to enjoy their stay in New Orleans. Very quiet neighborhood. A beautiful unit and the customer service is excellent!!!We will definitely return.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel

Très bel appartement moderne, bien situé, avec un stationnement intérieur. Toutes les commodités sont prévues dans l'appartement. Il y a une piscine et un bbq à l'extérieur. Très bien insonorisé. Nous n'avons jamais entendu les voisins. Et la rue est très calme aussi. Bref un séjour sympa à New-Orleans.
