I highly recommend this property—whether you’re visiting St. Augustine or need to haul out your boat, it’s ideally located near both downtown and the boatyards. The property is clean, well-equipped with everything you need, and the manager is responsive and quick to answer any questions.

Loved the cottage... Very relaxing and homey. Really enjoyed the stay there and St Augustine was lovely and the property manager was very very helpful. Would recommend to anybody who was looking to have a good comfortable relaxing stay in a comfortable atmosphere. Hoping to stay there again sometime in the future

This was a gem , we had a 2 night stay and this cottage was immaculate and updated , we had everything we needed , bed was very comfortable and the location was walkable to center of town , we never had to use our car while there. I would definitely recommend renting this cottage while your in St Augustine

House was adorable, exactly as described, and more! The hosts have seriously thought of everything, like umbrellas by the front door and there was even a sound machine in the bedroom. Comfortable beds, high quality linens and towels, fully stocked kitchen. Host answered any question I had. Would definitely stay here again!

A lovely cottage in a great location, a historically fascinating neighborhood with great walkability. The furnishings and equipment are excellent and comfortable, the area is very quiet, and Kelley was always quick to respond to questions. Excellent shower, comfortable bed, good kitchen equipment, and a lovely outdoor table that even on a January evening provided a great place to eat with guests.

This place was so wonderful. It was so clean. The furniture was very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood. The location was perfect. Close to downtown and so many other activities. The host thought of every single convenience, including sound machines!! We will definitely stay here again!

I never write reviews. However; this place was too accommodating for me to not recommend it. Best BnB I’ve ever stayed at. The host were nice as can be and the house itself is located perfectly. Highly recommend.
