Walk to activities like hiking, kayaking, Kennedy Space Center, dolphin/manatee watching and the beach! 1bedroom that sleeps 4 adults only a 3 minute drive to Cherie Down "pubic beach" Park. Stay on the grounds or travel in any direction to create memories, relax, experience your best life.
The space: First floor condo with easy access to free parking (long term, handicap and quick load), closest condo to Laundry all on one side. Through the door there is a bedroom (with a king size bed) to the left with a en-suite bathroom. Continuing forward, you'll find the full kitchen featuring full sized equipment and lots of countertop space. Beyond that you'll find within the open floor plan a spacious living room (and a queen size sleeper sofa) all leading to the sliding door and the patio. From the patio you have easy access to additional "public parking" and a few steps to the left is the beach.
Short note: 1 bedroom, Two sleeping accommodations, King bed in bedroom with dedicated bathroom, Queen Sleeper sofa in living room.

Our goal is to provide a “safe environment” that people can enjoy while working jointly to ensure not only that guests have a great stay but our investment and property is treated as we would treat our property. That said: ***Unfortunately, due to fraudulent activity and in an effort to protect our property, neighbors, surrounding guest and your future ability to safely use short term rentals, we have begun to request current picture Id's (like a driver’s license) from people (every adult in your party) that have new accounts or accounts with no trips and/or reviews.
Once a profile begins to document trips and reviews then it becomes easier and safer for both sides, we appreciate your work and thank you for your understanding.

This is a great property with a hidden secrets vacation benefit! Its located both near the parking lot for easy access "to and from", has side street parking access for guests (feet from back sliding door), Is feet from laundry (where everyone else has to drag cloths around) AND out the back sliding doors (short walk through grass, edge of property, through property gate **you'll need the amenity key**) is the hot tub and pool. Continue forward (not unlocking property gate but continuing your walk) leads you directly to the path to the beach. All within a super short distance from this "on the beach" condo!
