Beachfront condo in Cocoa Beach

The Surfside Bungalow is a beachfront condo, just steps from the ocean! The beach is accessible from the condo's private access or a public board walk as well. The unit is located on the ground floor and was recently renovated with a minimalist design, to provide a resort style feel. The Cocoa Beach pier is just a short walk away and centrally located to many shops and restaurants.

The condo includes a king in the bedroom and a queen pullout couch, comfortably sleeping 4 guests. The unit is fitted with all the amenities needed for the perfect beach vacation. Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and an umbrella are all provided. Laundry is available on site but not within the unit.

This was our third stay at Surfside Bungalow. The condo is spotless, the bed is comfy and the shower is amazing. Richard Arms, where the condo is located, is right on the beach! It is on a quiet side street within walking distance to several restaurants and the pier.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean. The Host was very responsive. The building and grounds are also clean and well maintained. Great beach vibe! The property is right on the beach and short walk from condo. Very nice, definitely recommend.

The rental was very clean and updated in a minimalist style. The location was right on the beach. The host responded to my questions in a timely manner. The bed and accommodations were comfortable.

A perfect beach getaway for my husband and I. A beautiful place to stay. There was nothing we were missing! The only bad thing is leaving. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful condo right on the beach.

The location of the condo just perfect. We were watching sunrise and drinking our morning coffee daily on the beach just steps from the front door. The place was very clean and had everything we need for one month stay. We love it and would definitely come back.

A little bit of Zen

Katelyn’s bungalow is the perfect place to stay in Cocoa Beach! The condo is sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable for two people. Everything you need is provided, even beach chairs and an umbrella. The overall unit is oceanfront and we were able to walk to several restaurants and the Pier. Don’t forget to watch for launches and cruise ships from the beach!

Close to beach

The place was nice. Very minimal cookware and no pot holders but that was really my only complaint. The weather was horrible for us so we enjoyed the Netflix.

Great place, great location

This was a wonderful stay. I came for the beach and it was just right. Really is a short walk away. No view but I could hear the waves at night if I opened the windows. The bed was super comfy and everything was new and very clean. Very quite and safe. We walked to the pier a few nights for dinner-you really should try their orange cake! This is a great find.

We will miss you Cocoa Beach!

This property is an absolute must-stay if you visit Cocoa Beach and want to enjoy a relaxing vacation that is far enough away from the busy area of the pier, yet still close enough to enjoy it if you choose to. The condo is bright, sunny, inviting, very clean, and tastefully decorated. You'll have all the comforts you need in this home away from home (shout-out to the amazing shower!). The unit sits under a hallway alcove that protects you from the elements when entering or leaving, and also offers an element of privacy from the other units, which makes this particular one a clear stand-out. The keypad entry is a plus when you have a group. Publix grocery store takes a couple minutes to drive to. The beach is a short minute walk, which makes it convenient for those of us that have to make frequent trips back and forth from the condo. Included beach chairs and umbrella were a plus! Cocoa Beach Pier is within view and a very short walk. In the other direction, Cape Canaveral is within view, and we were lucky enough to get to watch a rocket launch right from our beach! Plenty of drinks, food, and shopping within walking distance.Katelyn was a gracious and fantastic host. She made check-in and check-out a breeze, was always available, and quick with communication. We appreciate her for this opportunity to enjoy her amazing little escape!!If you are wondering where to stay in Cocoa Beach, wonder no more. You simply cannot go wrong with this unit. It's positively perfect!!

Katelyn is an amazing hostess. The condo is tastefully decorated, comfortable and like a home away from home. The beach is a short walk away and not as crowded as other beaches we've visited. We felt safe with the security measures used for the condo.
