The location was so nice! Not too far from town and super quiet and beautiful! There were some parts of the cabin that were not super clean, however overall it was nice and cozy!

The cabin was very clean and cozy. We were able to relax; which is exactly what we needed. Everything was easy; check-in/check-out, communication, locating the cabin. We would definitely stay there again.

Communication with Sheena was excellent. We felt safe in her gated mountain community. We had everything we needed for a relaxed, quiet getaway.

Great place and super convenient to downtown Boone. The cabin is well provisioned and very clean. Communication with the host was easy with prompt responses. Love seeing deer and rabbits wondering through the yard.

This was the perfect quiet and romantic getaway cabin for the two of us. The short drive up the mountain to the cabin provides breath taking panoramic views and the cabin is easy to find with GPS, yet feels very private and secluded. The cabin was very clean and stylishly decorated and all the furnishings we needed for a 3-night stay were provided. The owners communicated clearly and provided excellent guidance for enjoying the area. Can’t wait to return!

This is an ideal location if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay. We couldn’t have found a better place to stay while in Boone. You feel as if you’re in a remote mountain miles away from anything but you’re literally just a few minutes from downtown. The hosts were absolutely phenomenal in the weeks leading up to our stay and were quick to respond if we had a questions during our stay. Thank you Sheena for sharing your cabin with us as we couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Such a great little spot for a vacation! So close to town, yet just far enough that you're away from all the noise. If you drive a large truck like I do, it's a tight driveway to turn around in. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful host, it was my finance birthday and she had cookie and balloons waiting on him at my request. Problem’s with lighting/ remotes in bedroom but it was a nice home.

Wow!! I was absolutely giddy when I walked in the cabin for the first time. Everything is so thought out and beautiful. The attention to detail was beyond perfect. My favorite thing about the house was how close it was to Boone, you head right down the mountain and you're in the heart of town. As a mom of three kids, whom were seeing the mountains for the first time, it couldn't have been a better experience. I also want to note how appreciative I was that there was plenty of toilet paper already there, dishwashing soap and a coffee bar ready to go. My kids have already asked if we could make this a yearly visit, I can't wait to come back! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots, pans, utensils, and coffee pots. (regular pot and k-cup option) There were plenty of towels and washclothes provided for our trip. My daughter also loved the bunk beds in one or the rooms.The host was very responsive anytime we needed assistance. I would recommend this cabin.

This house was awesome. It had everything our family of four needed for a great vacation in the NC mountains. The close proximity to Boone and other attractions was an added bonus.
