Comfortable room. Living room furniture much more comfortable than our last room. Love the ease of getting to beach. We like smaller buildings. Easy check in and check out. Was even able to check in early!! Wonderful stay.

A Very Nice Condo on the Beach

My wife and I were very happy with the condo at Perdido Key. The Gulf was right outside (we were on the sixth floor) and it was wonderful -- a great view and the sound of the waves. The condo was very clean and perfect. We would gladly stay here again.

Ocean breeze West

We are annual visitors to the area and normally rent from VRBO. This particular property was perfect for us. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and everything was just as it should be and the communication with the management was very clear, so much so that we didn’t have to call them for anything.

Family Vacation

We will stay here on our next trip! Located in a more quiet area, so we didn't have to fight for a spot on the beach. Clean and homey with a fantastic ocean view! Great restaurants were just minutes away in any direction with quick access to grocery stores and shops.

Amazing Condo!

The condo was perfect! It was clean and smelled amazing as soon as we walked in. There was soft music playing on the TVs which added to the ambiance. The condo was spacious and well equipped! Amazing water pressure! We will be back for sure!

Great unit and location!

We had a great time at this condo! The location was fabulous, the beach was quiet and they provided more of the necessities like trash bags than most places we stay. Sounds small but to not have to remember to bring them from home or buy them when we get there is a nice little unexpected surprise. The only slight complaint is they are VERY strict on the check out policy. At 10:15 they were knocking on the door and 30 min later we received a text urging us to leave. I do understand though and it certainly was our fault but would have been nice to have either a little wiggle room or a little later check out.

Our Pensa trip

Our 8 day visit was so much more than we anticipated! They made it easy to check in and check out. The condo was so clean, the furnishings were lovely! it was well equipped. We were visiting family so we didn’t do much cooking, but there were lots of different dishes/pans for whatever you might want. Even the towels were luxurious!! The view was spectacular, the beach was awesome. Even found some shells. Thank you for a wonderful time!!! Will be back for sure!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo. Very clean, comfortable and the view was awesome

I am picky where I stay and this condo was so wonderful. It was so clean, the king bed was very comfortable and the oceanfront view was amazing. The communication with Lilly was wonderful. Can't thank you enough for providing the couple of day's supply of soap, detergent, etc. I hope to stay at the same place again. Thank you for providing a fantastic place to stay!!
