Very nice close to perfect

The house is very nice well.maintained,.comfortsble, modern and clean. The only two inconviniences were the lack of a door in the master bathroom (major),.and the street parking was a little challenging. We highly encourage the property owner to install a door for the master bathroom.We encourage

Everything was great. My mom went in for surgery at UofU. The location was great for all of us to take turns visiting her. The host and home was perfect for us.

Amazing Home Away From Home

This home was very beautiful and located in close proximity to everything. The house was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a Thanksgiving feast! If I ever travel back to Salt Lake City again, I will stay here again.

Perfect Space and Location

I have stayed at this property multiple times. The space for our family works really well and the location is a bonus. The management is so efficient and is always available for any concerns or questions we had.

Great Place!

We enjoyed our stay at Oasis on 5th. The location is perfect. Easy walking to Whole Foods, Trolly Square, and yummy restaurants. We also found a gym a couple of blocks away that accepts drop-ins. The townhome is well decorated and equipped and the beds are comfortable. Jeff the manager was great to work with! Wendy and Ron

Truly an Oasis

Great property in Salt Lake! Jeff was friendly and accommodating. Property was pristine and very comfortable for our family while moving our son into the U. Kitchen is well equipped and lovely for cooking dinners.

Summer Adventures in SLC

Great place to relax and recharge after hiking the mountain trails. Conveniently located close to grocery stores and a recently opened gym. Comfortable beds and large kitchen for cooking.

Visting son at the University

Great central location with plenty of room. Great kitchen supplies. No dining room table. If the weather was better the outside patio would make up for that.

Salt Lake City Convenient

Property was in a great location. Easy access to everything in the Salt Lake City area. Very close to restaurants shopping, etc. property is three stories so we did get our exercise property a little under equipped but otherwise met our picky taste and living expectations property manager/owner responded quickly to any questions, we enjoyed our stay.

Chic and central!

The decor, cleanliness and layout of the house was perfect. It is deceivingly spacious and the beds are SO comfortable! It is a short walk from grocery stores and downtown SLC. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location, modern amenities

We enjoyed our stay while moving our son into the University. The convenient location was a block to the grocery store and a short distance to a few restaurants. The house was clean and well kept with comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. While there is no dedicated parking, it was never a problem. There were always spaces open right in front of the house. We would definitely stay again.

Convenient location and great layout for family

This house has a clean and modern layout, perfect for a family to spend a chill weekend. It was a block or two away from many grocery stores and a quirky, fun mall, and minutes away from downtown. The management checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you so much!

Housed international employees

This property was great for three of our international employees who were in Salt Lake attending an intensive work week. The space was perfect for them, as they each had their own room, but enough space to move around and unwind after their long days.

Great Comfort

Centrally located downtown, easy access to everything Salt Lake has to offer. Very comfortable main floor for relaxing with family or friends. Parking can be a challenge but always found a spot by parking lengthwise in front of the the units garage that is occupied.

Beautiful home in a fantastic location.

Oasis on 5th is a beautiful, modern home within a few miles of downtown Salt Lake and about 30 minutes from Park City ski resort. The home was larger than expected and had a lot of amenities. I have two suggestions for the owner. 1) A hot tub on the outside patio would be amazing after a long day of skiing. 2) The bedroom pillows should be upgraded. Overall we had a fantastic stay, and I would recommend this home.
