This one does specify that there is one level of stairs to the entrance. If we had known you needed a unit without stairs, we would have helped suggest some alternate options. This condo has a tub‑and‑shower combo, and for your next visit we recommend booking a unit with a full bathtub and a separate shower to better match what you prefer. We appreciate your notes about the kitchen essentials and the washer/dryer combo—your insights help us continue improving the guest experience. We always appreciate feedback from our guests and the opportunity to improve our service offering. We advise all of our guests to carefully view the photos of the property they are selecting. They are always recent and accurately illustrate the condition of the property. Not all properties are recently renovated. This property is one of them but it is also offered at a much lower rate than those that have had recent renovations. Kapalua is located in the tropics and by definition is a wet area of the island. It typically rains every night but usually clears up by morning. If a storm system comes through it usually passes through rather quickly due to the trade winds. All of our guests who booked their stay during the pandemic and chose not to travel were extended 100% credit and a full year to complete their stay. We as many other companies were challenged with hundreds of phone calls and emails per day and a limited staff to field them. If we came across as impatient, we sincerely, apologize. The majority of our guests were very kind and understanding during this difficult time and really worked in tandem with us to get their reservations rescheduled. To them, a heartfelt and sincere thank you!!!!

Typically, we provide two beach chairs and a cooler; sometimes, guests leave extras, like the broken umbrella. Sorry for missing that. If you needed more flatware, we'd have gladly delivered it during your stay. For future visits, please let us know of any concerns.
