This is a quiet, super clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable place to stay near Golden, Colorado. Fabulous for visiting parents from school of Mines. It is peaceful and had amazing little touches and thoughtful supplies for travelers. I look forward to staying here again.

This place did not dissapoint. It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Moniquea thought of everything. All the basics and extra touches made our stay enjoyable.

We use VRBO type rental often. This house was the absolute best! Extraordinary clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and in a wonderful location. The back yard is a great private oasis and we used it often. The photos on the ad are exactly as advertised. The hosts live onsite but allowed us our privacy. Unfortunately, I took sick on our 3rd day of vacation. The host took customer service to a new level. They brought food from a local restaurant so that my husband didn't have to leave my side. This house is a wonderful rental where not a single detail was missed. The home is also located in a great central location for easy driving to popular cities. You will truly enjoy this rental.

What a fantastic place and the host was amazing! She went over and above for us and it was by far our most fave VRBO to date. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we visit Denver.

This place is amazing. From the great communication all the way down to the little niceties that were left for us to use were incredible. The place is nicely decorated and had everything you could possibly think of in the kitchen. The bathroom was stocked with everything you could possibly think of. The property was gorgeous. It's in a great location. Our host was very pleasant and was available for anything that we needed.We highly recommend staying here if you are in the Denver area! We will be coming back the next time we are in town.

If you’re staying in the Denver area, this is the place to be! Beautifully decorated and so cozy. Don’t go to a hotel, when you can have a home away from home for the same price. We have family in the area, so this will be our go to place from now on. Couldn’t have been happy with the experience. Thank you to our great hosts!

One of the best VRBOs I've stayed at. Attention to every last detail with guest amenities not found at other accommodations. Host super responsive to every request. An exceptional guest house.

From the initial communication with check in instructions to the many special touches this was one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had. This is located in a nice and convenient neighborhood and exudes relaxation. From the modern decor and THE most comfortable bedding, everything you could possibly need is here. There are lovely outdoor spaces for enjoying a meal or having morning coffee. Our only regret is that due to travel issues, we didn’t have more time to enjoy it. Moniquea has thought of everything! If we ever find ourselves in the Denver area, we would definitely try to book this again.

Everything was perfect - clean, cool after a long, warm day of driving, and the perfect size! Beds are super comfy and Moniquea was so friendly and attentive! Would recommend.

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. This is a beautiful and very clean little house. We felt more like guests than renters because of all the nice touches. Monique was very responsive to any questions we had. I would 100% return!

We've stayed in many VRBO homes. Moniquea's property is fabulous. Private, quiet, lovely spot in Denver. Moniquea was available, friendly, and respectful of our privacy. The home has lovely outdoor gardens and sitting areas. Inside is spotlessly clean and incredibly well stocked and provisioned. Highly recommend

The guesthouse was immaculately clean with a beautifully manicured property surrounded with vibrant pots of flowers in a private, quiet neighborhood. Moniquea responded immediately to our query upon arrival. The guesthouse was well supplied with all one could need and thoughtful touches to make our stay special. The beds were comfortable, the linens/towels top notch, and the private outdoor spaces relaxing. We so appreciated the chocolates, coffees, and snack basket. Its central location made Denver and local attractions easily accessible. This rental is a gem!

We could not have been happier with our decision to stay here for our trip! The place was settled in a quiet neighborhood close to anything you need and a 2 minute walk to a trail along a creek. The place was stocked better than any place weve stayed in before and was beautifully decorated and very cozy. Having parking included was a big plus too. All around, trust all of the other reviews!! This place is worth it!!

The most amazing stay. This place is very conveniently located. The hosts are the best hosts we’ve ever had at a stay. This place is extremely clean, comfortable, and very nice. The host goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you could imagine. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area. 10 out of 10.

Great stay!

Beautiful house in a central location. The house was wonderfully stocked, Moniquea covered all the little extras. Super comfortable and lovely outdoor spaces. Nice short walk to local walking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

We loved this rental. Had breakfast every morning on the cute back patio. Kitchen had everything we needed. It had fluffy towels and comfy bed and a lot of extras you don't normally see. Moniquea was great to work with. If we're ever in Denver again, we would definitely stay again.
