Large home that's walking distance to the beach and downtown Lewes!

311 E. Savannah Rd. - Bring the entire family on vacation and enjoy this charming 5-bedroom 4-bathroom beach house. Just a short walk to Lewes Beach, Dairy Queen, and everything downtown Lewes has to offer! This is very spacious home with open concept living on the first floor. There's a small screened in porch on the front of the house, and a large screened in porch off the kitchen. You'll also enjoy the partially fenced yard. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor, and an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Book today, and start making memories this summer!

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $302.00.

Booking Restrictions-
7 Night Stays- mid June through August
3 Night Stays- October through December

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

Great Location in Lewes

Perfect location for family in Lewes. We had everything we needed at the house and it was a good size for our group of 12. The house could use a deep clean as most furniture had a lot of dog hair and sand when we arrived. The grill that was on the property was completely rusted through and needs replaced. With those two improvements the home would be even better.

Lewes Beach Multifamily

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was adequate but minimal. We felt it was clean enough, though obviously vacant for a week or two prior (clocks hadn't been changed, dust etc), and it was not stocked with enough paper products/trash bags. For a 12 person rental we only had one trash bag, half rolls of toilet paper, and very little hand soap. Not enough seating to all eat at the same time in the same room. We also felt the checkout instructions were too strict (leaving by 10 am with all dishes cleaned and stored (as opposed to in dihswasher and turned on), but only one dishtowel for drying). We rented linens for our two night stay. Great location, walkable to town.

Seawitch 2023

Our group of four 50+ couples immensely enjoyed our stay at your home! Each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. We loved hanging out on the spacious screened-in back porch. It was an easy 10-minute walk into town for shopping and restaurants. Or, a short block and a half to the beach. We made several trips into Rehoboth and the drive was a breeze. We couldn't have picked a better-located house for the price. We look forward to staying here again! Thank you so much!

Our stay was great. Plenty of room really nice back porch. Only negative comment was if you are not supplying TVs in every bedroom, the two that are there should be further apart. Philly playoffs were on that week and that’s all we could hear. Thank you.

Trip to Lewes

The place was not cleaned. Dirty laundry from previous guests on the washer, shaving kit from previous guests hanging on bedroom door, kitchen was filthy.

Family Fall Vacation

Spacious home and yard with easy walk to beach

5 adults and 4 children had plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Dogs enjoyed the yard but required monitoring due to gaps in the fence.

Pefect little beach cottage

Great house. Not a lot of amenities, but great location, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, outdoor shower and a large and inviting screened in porch on the back.
