MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

This newly updated 16th floor unit at Shores of Panama gives you one of the best views of the beautiful gulf sands and nicest resort pools PCB has to offer! The master bedroom of unit 1604 features a king bed with private bathroom, with bedroom two hosting a queen bed with private bathroom. The third bedroom features 2 bunk beds and access to the third bathroom, while the common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for 2. Enjoy this well stocked beachfront condo at one of PCBs nicest resorts!

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest must register and pay for parking upon arrival. The condo package for this unit will be 2 parking passes and 8 Resort bands. 2024 cost is $110.00

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great Location and Host

Location was perfect for our trip and the unit was spacious with an individual bathroom for each bedroom. Host was very accommodating and gave us a checkout of 2 hours later.

Condo was really great. Kitchen had everything you need. Really good bedrooms. Walking from the condo to the elevator was close. One toilet did have a problem. Called next morning and they came that day and fixed it. There were just stools for the kitchen table. I would’ve preferred chairs with a back.

Great location! Right on ocean, nice pool, walking distance of shopping and eating. Everything the owners have control over was great - condo is in great condition, air conditioning worked well, good view of ocean, plenty of sleeping accommodations. However, we had to wait for elevators most of the time. We would have to let 3-4 arrivals pass bc they were full. Garage parking was frustrating bc turning corners was tight. It takes a long time to get to different levels to go to beach/pool or to your car. Some entry gates didn’t work for cars so it caused traffic jams. Lots of loud construction happening as well.

Condo was good size. Floors looked clean but socks said otherwise. Corner of ceiling in king size bedroom looked like it was moldy. Wish there was a hall bathroom. It was awkward for guests who slept on pull out couch ( which is very uncomfortable) to enter other bedrooms to use bathroom. Elevator wait times are terrible especially with no ventilation. Parking garage is awfully tight and difficult to maneuver around the corners when other cars are approaching.

Very satisfactory

We stayed here for five days. But pool was only open for two of those days. A lot of work being done at the property that could have been explained when we booked. Apartment was clean. kitchen could have been cleaner especially the utensils. The manager was very good came straight out when we had an issue with the drains. So first class on that aspect All in all our stay was satisfactory

Right on the Ocean

Great property to keep teens entertained at the beach and kids at the pool. Must pay for parking/resort wristbands upon arrival. Lively resort until 10pm. We enjoyed our stay and the location. The unit was clean and as pictured.

Loved the beach decor in the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and drink ware, as well as coffee maker and waffle maker. Do need to get your own toilet paper and paper towels (after 1 roll provided runs out). Overall, great experience for first time in PCB!

Spring break trip to remember

This property was amazing. I stayed with me and six other friends and we had a great time. Everything was perfectly clean when we first got there and it a very gorgeous place. The property manager was easy to contact and responded fast. They were very helpful with the entire trip and the questions we had. The overall place was gorgeous too including access to the pool. The overall experience was amazing and the view was too. You have the perfect view of the ocean and the beach. This was an amazing place and such a fun week. We will definitely book again!

Great stay!

The property was great! The beach access was perfect and the resort facilities (pool/hot tub) were super nice. Our host was a good communicator and went the extra mile to make sure everything was smooth getting checking in and settled in. Should note that you'll need to pay for parking and a resort package upon arrival. There was some leftover sand on the floors, but there was a broom so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise, the room was very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is fully functional and the furniture, bathrooms, beds were very clean. My friends and I loved this vrbo and we would 100% stay again!!

Great Stay

We had a great stay! The condo was as listed, the kitchen had plenty of cookware. It was nice having 3 full bathrooms so everyone could get clean after the beach and pool fairly quickly! The property manager was very responsive to the questions I had. The only complaint would be the A/C ran the entire time we were there without turning off. It’s louder than normal and didn’t seem to cool the living area well during the day, even with the curtain to the balcony closed it was still extra warm in there. The only other consideration I would put out there for the property owner is adding a up high door latch to the entry door, so that people with smaller kids don’t have to worry about them potentially wandering out in the middle of the night. We ended up checking out 1 day early because of Hurricane Helene projected to make land fall the day of our planned check out.

Overpriced

Pay attention to all the added fees. I paid almost $700 in extra added fees. The space was bare minimum. Toaster didn’t work. Cockroaches. There is not enough elevators and be prepared to wait 20 minutes to get anywhere.

Quick in-law Vacay

This was a last minute in-law vacay just for a few nights. Long line to get arm bands and parking passes (Over 30 minute wait) Would have been nice to have that already taken care of during rental process. Upon arrival I immediately noticed king bedspread had a lipstick stain and queen bedspread was stained as well. Sheets on queen bed had brown stains. Elevator wait (45 minutes) was very long at check in as well. No service elevator for service staff that could have been part of the problem also July 4th weekend. Some sort of fight broke out on the beach on our last night. Police was called in to put order. Screaming from so many balconies from guests cheering and/or complaining. Made me feel uneasy like we might be in the wrong area. Overall good trip with my in laws who are almost 80 but will not go back due to long waits for elevators at any time of the day.

Review

Furnishigns and decorating all seem very new and updated making for a welcoming and comfortable stay. Overall pleaseed with unit and my positivie review of the unit does not reflect the water issue that we had, which was a building wide issue. The building, not the specific to this unit, had a building wide water outage in the middle of day that lasted from aroudn 9 AM to 4 PM and there was not advance notification. Contact fro the unit, after I reached out, was vey accomdating to try to alleviate issues. I would also add that having stayed at many VRBO properties and actually owning one, I know from expereience it's nice to have a home stocked with more household items such as dish soap, dishwaher deteregnt and garbage bags so the guest is able to help maintain the cleanliness otherwise guests should be prepared to bring their own on top of everything else they bring on vacation. We had one garbage bag, one dishwaher pod and no dish detergent and for a multi day stay I do not feel is adequate but others may feel is fine, this is just my opinion.
