This charming home is perfect for couples, business trips, or small groups visiting Nashville.

Owned by TN natives who love all things Nashville. This home was renovated in 2014 and is full of Nashville charm!

Furnished with all you need for the perfect Nashville getaway including a fully stocked kitchen.

Hosts will provide coffee.

With two queen beds and one twin bed, this home comfortably sleeps 5, but can accommodate up to 6 with couch or air mattress.

The house was lovely very clean smelled good. Was easy to access and get around. Felt safe as 4 women alone it was very nice area. Very well maintained.

Nice and clean, quiet clean neighborhood, comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, big refrigerator, nice big shaded back yard to hang out in, 9 or so Uber ride to Broadway with no more than a 5 minute wait. Would stay here again for sure.

Two of my friends and I stayed in Nashville for three nights at the house. It was just as advertised: very clean, large back yard, a working gate out front!! The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to walk everywhere in downtown Nashville. Stores and coffee shop a short drive away. If you don't like to walk freeway access is easy to get anywhere you want to go.I messaged the owner twice with questions and they were very responsive. We thought the place was great. I have an event at the fairgrounds next year and am thinking I might just want to stay at this property--cost wise it is a great deal.10/10 in all categories for sure.

I have been a member of the vrbo community for over a decade and never once left a bad review. However, this time it is warranted. I booked this vrbo with my two daughters for the weekend. We arrived separately. They flew to me as I drove to them. The Uber driver who dropped them off told them that he didn’t want to “scare” them but this are was a super dangerous part of town and to stay in the house once they got dropped off. Not to go outside at all not even to wait for another uber. Meanwhile, I am driving to them. They called me upset and said there are people hanging around outside which turned out to be homeless people. They had a man walk through the yard, tap on the window, etc. The second uber they got told them not to go outside either that it was a dangerous place to be. Finally a third uber said this is an unsafe neighborhood. Once I got to them we had to get their stuff and lock the place up. I observed around 20 homeless people that just sit on the streets outside the house. As a group of women traveling, we didn’t feel safe. I contacted the host who refused to help us in any way for “location” not to give us any money back even though we didn’t want to stay there any longer for safety ressons - and we were out ALL our money for the stay, and had to book a hotel at top dollar for 2 nights just to sleep. It was an awful experience to say the least. We felt very vulnerable and unsafe.

Beautiful comfortable home. So close to Trevecca Nazarene University. Would definitely stay here again to visit with my grandson who is going to Trevecca. Got a kick out of gate sign. Didn’t care for parking on the road.

Nashville Gem!

Quick stay, enjoyed the house. Clean and outfitted with all we needed. Quick 5 min uber to honky tonk row, 15 min to grand old opery, and walkable restaurants and bars close to the house. Thanks for accommodating our late check out! If we are in Nashville again, we will definitely stay again!

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.Problems started immediately - the door code didn’t work upon arrival. While the host did respond and reset it after a few minutes, this was just the beginning of a nightmare stay.•One bed with soiled sheets containing bodily fluids (semen)•Other beds with dirty, wrinkled sheets covered in leaves - clearly not cleaned•Foul-smelling towels •Towel rack that fell apart when touched (not properly secured)•Refrigerator making knocking noises on and off all night that prevented sleepI reported the unsanitary conditions immediately to the host Paul with photographic evidence. His initial response was to dismiss it as “maybe a stain” and claim the sheets were “most certainly clean.” I saw later that he did offer to come clean the sheets, but by that point it was late at night, I had already given up on the property, and decided to leave first thing in the morning. The sheets should have been clean BEFORE my arrival - this is basic hospitality.I did not sleep that night. I attempted sleeping in the twin bed as it appeared the “cleanest” of three dirty beds. I left the next morning.I’ve filed a formal complaint and requested a full refund. VRBO has not responded after several days. I’ve called again and disputed the charge on my credit card.

The details of this unfortunate review are not factual and communication with this guest was incredibly challenging. As experienced hosts we maintain the highest standards for cleanliness and seek to offer our guests a wonderful experience. Would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
