Are you ready to relax at this comfy Grand Lake getaway? Only 1 mile to the town of Grand Lake less than 2 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom private home sleeps 8 and sits on almost an acre with King bed, Full bed and twin/twin bunks with a twin trundle and a Queen size convertible sleeper sofa. Relax in the private hot tub after a long day of hiking or skiing and enjoy the millions of stars around the wood-burning firepit at night. The front deck is furnished with a gas grill and dining table for six (table is put in huge game room/garage for winter). Curl up by the cozy fire in the family room complete with a large smart TV, board games, toys, books and puzzles. Enjoy meals with ease in the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dedicated beverage fridge for happy hour convenience. Home includes WiFi and a washer/dryer. Enjoy ping pong and fooseball in our game room (not heated). STR permit #2200633.
**The owner does occasionally bring up their dog (in case anyone has bad allergies). We have one video camera outside facing the driveway only.

Absolutely Amazing!!! We LOVED your property! It was the perfect place for us to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. We visited the park almost every day and saw TONS of wildlife. We hiked a whole bunch of different trails and drove up to the Alpine Visitors Center. Best views in my opinion!!

We absolutely loved the ping pong table and fooseball in the garage. House was clean and close to town and the park. The hot tub was great for chilly nights. We enjoyed our time there.There were a few days were the temps were warm and there were a few fans available, but I would bring more if you get hot easily.

Homey atmosphere

This location had everything we needed for relaxation in between excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed family time here, including roasting marshmallows outside in the firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games from the cupboard and in the garage (ping pong, foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was convenient. No complaints at all!

Cozy Cabin

We loved our time in Grand Lake at the cabin. My husband and I agree it is our favorite vacation spot yet! The sm memories, decor, views and location were excellent! We were able to enjoy the wildlife and peacefulness in a space that felt like home!Thank you for your hospitality!

Hilltop fun house

Best stay we’ve had yet, home had beautiful views plenty of hills for kids to sled on. The hot tub was the best thing after a long cold day of sledding or walking the town. Will definitely book again!

Great cabin in a beautiful area!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had a nice view from back porch. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Grand Lake was an amazing place to stay close to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was a great location with the perfect amount of privacy. The house was very comfortable. The children enjoyed the game room. Loved that the hot tub was covered since it started snowing when we got there. It made for a wonderful scenery.

Annually National Park Vacation

Our family of seven had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the house and took advantage of all it had to offer. We fixed all our meals in the well furnished kitchen, played games on the dining room table, and relaxed in the hot tub. The house was super clean and lived up to our expectations!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Mountain Decor

The code for the property did not apply to the locked up hot tub but otherwise this place was fantastic for a family gathering in Grand Lake. We stayed after boating on Shadow Mountain Lake and enjoyed the beautiful mountain setting. Nice back sitting area to relax and suck it all in.

Wonderful stay for all ages!

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was perfect with close access to RMNP, fishing and boat rentals and the house was near spotless and well kept. After the long drives and hikes through the park, a nice soak was much appreciated by all - adults and kids aged 7-63. Being from IA, I was concerned about not having AC in July, but it really wasn’t an issue with the cooler overnight temps. I would not hesitate to rent here again or refer to a friend.

All the rooms, and overall house and property, were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities, such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses... etc. House was definitely roomy enough for four adults. Great location, close enough to town and RMNP. Thanks, we had a great time.

Peaceful Heaven

The cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood baching into a pine forest and walking distance to Grand Lake. It's spacious, serene, clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was prompt and always answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Excellent Property

What a great property! This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at and so much attention to detail…wine bar, nice blankets, fans in each room, plush towels, plush carpet etc… The kitchen space was fantastic and great for a group. The living room area was comfortable with a nice tv and view. The hot tub was sparkling clean, worked as it should and was BIG!!! The instruction/recommendation book was very detailed. We had such a great time!! It was such a nice experience…just can’t say enough good things.

Mountain/Lake Love

We absolutely loved our stay. We were comfortable, happy, and taken care of. The home had everything we needed, including supplies for our little kids. The high chair and booster seat made life so much easier. The kids loved the toys and the game room. My only recommendation might be a little sprucing up of the game room area, as time allows. :) We would absolutely stay again and hope to be able to sometime in the future!

Wonderful experience!

The stay at this cabin was a wonderful experience! It was super clean & comfy! The kitchen was spacious & had everything necessary for cooking & grilling. The bed was very comfortable & family room with fireplace was also a great place to hang out with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. We were there when a snow storm hit & Maureen, the property manager was very responsive & fantastic to work with in answering our questions & helping to arrange for an extra night & later departure. The garage was a great place to spend playing fooseball & ping pong while being cold & snowy outside. Thank you for a great stay in this wonderful cabin!!
