The property is in new development area with access to other shops and restaurant. It is in safe and well lit neighborhood. The property was clean with full amenities. The owners were very responsive to our requests for late check out. Place was clean with extra pillows, blankets and towels. Check in was easy and the clean up was a breeze- unlike others were you have to take bedsheets off, etc. it was very nice and quiet and will definitely book again!

Great stay!

We booked this apartment for my son's graduation from GVSU. It was close enough to the arena (and my son's house), clean, pretty much as pictured, and comfortable. The check in & out processes were easy & went smoothly. The area seemed quite safe, & was close to restaurants, stores, & gas stations. Definitely a nice stay!

The property was very nice. The only con was that the sleeper sofa mattress is very thin. I don’t think an adult could sleep comfortably on it. You can feel the springs. But our 12 year old slept on it and it didn’t bother him so if you’re using it for kids, I’m sure you’ll be fine. It was very clean and beautiful and it fit our needs.
