This is a perfect location with marsh views and a short walk to the beach club or the Cloister. We enjoyed the bikes provided and the drink fridge. Cooking was easy as was grilling. Spacious and modern furnishings. A great value for Sea Island!

Sea Island fun at Riverclub

We loved our stay at the River Club. Perfect location for all that Sea Island and St Simons have to offer! The property management company was amazing and helped with everything we needed!

Wonderful spot for a coastal getaway

The location of this well appointed townhome could not be better. We went for great walks and enjoyed the beautiful marsh view.

Sea Island Holiday Vacation

The house was beautiful and so comfortable! We had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating. We loved the house, the neighborhood and the area. It was a wonderful vacation.

Courtlyn’s property was absolutely stunning! The rooms were spacious and chic, bathrooms were enormous, kitchen up to date and fully stocked with everything we could need, and the views were just spectacular. She was an attentive and helpful host, and helped us navigate changing plans for guest passes to Sea Island and more. I would love to come back to this property for may vacations to come! Thank you Courtlyn!

Great house. So close to marsh / Cloister.

Awesome location and facility. Well cared for and roomy. Easy walk / bike to Cloister and beach club. Host was super easy to work with and very responsive.

Stunning Sea Island Getaway

Sea Island never disappoints and this property was absolutely stunning! It was a perfect getaway for our family with four very active boys. The house was beautifully decorated with amazing attention to detail to make it a perfect stay! We saw dolphins from the moment we arrived. This property compliments the 5 Star Resort very well.

4th of July Holiday Week

Amazing views and home, location perfect! Watch dolphins play in the marsh while having coffee. Kitchen well stocked-plenty of towels and wash cloths to go around. Many stays in Sea Island and this is a definite rebook!

Just perfect!

If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a perfectly renovated cottage this is the place for you! This cottage has an ideal location in a quiet cul-de-sac with a view of the marsh and only a couple of blocks from the beach. The host provides you with everything you can possibly need and more. We can’t wait to return!

FABULOUS Home!

A wonderful property, very well appointed with everything you'll ever need. We did not use the grill, but will plan to next time. The home is an easy walk to The Cloister, making everything very convenient- esp if you are here for a wedding. This will be the 1st place we'll check for availability no doubt.

Great house! Blinds in primary bedroom do not work for sleeping in. Could have larger size bathroom amenities. Appreciate late checkout so much!

Perfect Trip

The house is exactly as it is presented in the listing. It is beautifully decorated but still feels incredibly comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could ever need and the view from the back porch is awesome while you grill in the evening or have your morning coffee. The location within Sea Island is so convenient to allow easy access to the Beach Club, Sea Island Spa and the Cloister. Also, the property manager was always available and quick to respond when we had a question or request. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Delightful Senior Fall Break Get Away

The property is tastefully decorated and very comfortable and easily accommodates many guests. Although not originally intended, we ended up hosting a total of 9 in this wonderful home and this home accommodated the group with ease. The views from the main room to the back side of the property, overseeing the water, was spectacular and such a relaxing vista. Home was well stocked. Location was superb and convenient to the Beach Club and Cloister. I would definitely recommend this property and would gladly seek out this property again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories!

Fabulous Condo

I almost hate to tell people how great this condo is for fear that it won’t be available the next time we want to go to Sea Island. Everything about it was perfect! The view was stunning….the rooms were tastefully decorated and well appointed….the kitchen had everything you could possibly need….There were 2 bikes that came with the condo and they rode very well with no issues. I can’t think of a single negative thing about this condo. Sheer perfection at Sea Island!!!
