Great fenced in back yard, patio area, oversized gazebo with 65” TV, seating area and outdoor shower. Walk to dinner and relax on front porch looking at the water. Perfect place for a quick trip away with your friends. Yoga, coffee shop and a Bistro nearby.

Excellent location. Nice walk to the beach. Has a cafe next door. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots.Furnishings could be updated, sofa was soft, stained and drapes didn’t cover windows.Overall, nice place to stay.

Really nice location for numerous day trips from Providence to Newport to New Bedford. Excellent food options for groceries (Tom’s Market) & seafood (Bridgeport Seafood). Comfortable cottage. Good use some TLC, better instructions and a guidebook, and updates to kitchen pans and other items. Needs a good thorough cleaning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this house. It was perfect with the two bedrooms and two baths which fit our needs. We especially enjoyed the porch and the view of the lake. We also enjoyed watching tv and spending time in the sunroom and the window seat. The only things were we unable to get the tv outside to work and we couldn’t get the water filter in the fridge to work and had to buy our own water. But other than that it was a great place and i definitely recommend it.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Fantastic Stay!We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!Here are a few highlights from our trip:The Views & Porch: The water view is beautiful, and our absolute favorite part of the stay was spending time sitting on the front porch. It’s the perfect spot to unwind.Perfect Location: The location couldn't be better. We loved being so close to local coffee shops. It’s also just a short drive to Newport—close enough to enjoy everything it has to offer, but far enough away to escape all the traffic and congestion.Flawless Hosting: Communication with the host was fantastic. Check-in was an absolute breeze, and we were so grateful that the check-out process was reasonable and didn't feel like a million chores!We had a wonderful experience and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The location was perfect for day trips. Accommodations were clean except the sofa fabric. It is dingy looking. The communications with the owner and check in were great. The Black Goose next door is delicious!

Wonderful cottage with a great location I would’ve given 5 stars but neither bathroom had a non slip mat for the showers and no safety handles. For the older population that is really a safety issue. The yard was nice and being located right next to a cafe were additional benefits!!

Excellence!

This cottage is everything you need for a stay in the Newport area! The house is beautiful and was super comfortable for us, three adults and two small dogs. The host was communicative and provided several means of contacting them if we needed, although we didn’t as everything was perfect! The outdoor space was amazing, we utilized the backyard patio with tv several times on our stay, it felt like home.

Charming, updated cottage in Tiverton

This charming, updated cottage is very clean and comfortable with many nice renovations making it a pleasure to stay in! The location is convenient for enjoying everything this part of Rhode Island has to offer. In the immediate vicinity, there is a wonderful cafe next door and the town beach about a 1/2 mile walk away. The host, Joseph, is a pleasure to deal with and provided clear communication and expectations for renting the property. We would definitely consider this property again.

Beautiful location in Tiverton, RI!

This place has a beautiful setting and is centrally located making daily travels to surrounding towns so easy! It also has a GREAT eating place right next door. The living room is comfortable. The BR across from the front door is kind of tight with the King size bed and a ceiling fan would be useful, since it seems far warmer than the rest of the house. Nevertheless, it was wonderful place to stay. The manager was highly communicative and did all in her power to ensure a great stay!

Cozy and Modern

Ideal for one or two couples. Well appointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Nice covered seating area in back yard. Lots of tvs with great streaming and live tv options. Cafe next door has great breakfast and lunch. No real dining area. Cottage fronts on a Main Street, but traffic noise was not an issue. Great climate control. Directly across the street from the water.

Stayed here for a women's weekend and attend the Newport Jazz Festival. The property was clean, bright and airy, as well ass easy access to the highway (about 30-40 minutes from Fort Adams Park). The instructions from the host were clear and concise. We loved the kitchen, both of the bathrooms and the coffee nook. The walk along the street is lovely in the morning because you can see the ocean and boats come in. Strongly encouraged visitors to talk a walk. The eatery next door was good - despite our breakfast sandwiches taking 45 minutes to be made and served.I would strongly recommend this place for a family or a friends weekend getaway.

The cottage was very clean on the inside. The water was the river, somehow, I thought it was the ocean. Not really right across from the deck but could see it when sitting on the deck. Very busy road, so lots of traffic when sitting on the front deck. However, we were able to ignore the noise but not all people could do that. The outside shower that was featured was dirty and did not work. The showers in the house were wonderful. The outside deck, and patio in the backyard had not been swept or cleaned. That was disappointing. I think maybe the owners need to check on their cleaners. When paying that price inside and outside should be spotless.Location was wonderful, very convenient to many different beaches. Went to three beaches, first one was 5 minutes away and cost 10.00 to park, 2nd beach was in Little Compton RI, 25.00 to park, very nice beach very soft sand, 25 minutes away and 3rd beach was in Westford MA, 35 minutes away, free parking and lovely beach but very rocky. Need to wear water shoes. The area was beautiful, with many different trees, farm land and stone walls. Rhode Island is a beautiful state.

The cottage is well stocked, very clean and there is a wonderful café right next-door where you can get breakfast or lunch. That was very handy. It’s located in a beautiful area. If you have a pet it’s absolutely all set up for a big dog as well as a little dog. It has a fenced in yard, a huge crate in the master bedroom to accommodate a big dog. We very much enjoyed our stay. And highly recommend this cottage.
