Located only 12 mins from Ball Park Village, one block from Frank Holton State Park, where you can enjoy fishing and 10% off golf packages with your stay. Maybe your having family in town, this is a family friendly neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing beautiful day after working in the home office. Spacious driveway for parking( Free "Garage" parking is not available)

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The yard was enclosed which was great for our pup. The neighborhood is quiet and the host very responsive and friendly! We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean including the basement. One reviewer had written the location was not safe, we felt safe and comfortable. The neighborhood and area is being upgraded due to age. The owner put a lot of effort into refurbishing

My family and I stayed here for a week while waiting for our house to be move in ready and we really enjoyed this cute little home! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, linens smelled great, and had a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Very quiet neighborhood with no issues and we felt safe with the cameras and motion alerts for outside the home. To top it all off the host is very nice and responds quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Not family friendly neighborhood

The house is very nice and clean and the owner is very nice and easy to get in touch with. The neighborhood is not in a good part of town. If it’s just a few adults it would be okay but I would not recommend staying here with children.

Several of the homes on that block and in that neighborhood have children. I grew up and live in the home next door. I have never felt unsafe. Also, we have over 50 rental on other major sites and have almost all 5 star reviews. You did'nt stay 24 hour but feel you can make that type of recommendation?

The Best Host I Ever Had on VRBO

This was truly a 5 star stay for me and my family. I loved the newly remodeled house and all of the new appliances. The house was very clean.c neat and organized. It felt like home. Jerrod the host, really made our stay as comfortable as it could be. Such a kind and friendly man. He even offered me some home cooked dinner from his smoker! The home was very secure and safe. Even had a fenced in driveway to park your car. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Lake and Park. It had a golf course and great fishing. I enjoyed the nice walking trail they had that was measured off. Would I stay again? Without a doubt! Jerrod has a few homes for rent in this area that were all newly remolded. Thank you so much!!!

Property in rebounding area of town is completely refurbished and well appointed with all the basics. Includes extras like basement theater setup. Owner of this pet friendly place is very nice and seems to keep close tabs to assure things are tip top. Would definitely return.

This house was everything we wanted it to be. It was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to see in St. Louis. My wife, children (10 and 5), and I used it as the perfect landing site after days of site seeing.The house was very clean and inviting. The 2 beds were very comfortable. My wife prefers a very soft bed while I prefer something more firm. The house had one of each so we split the kids between us and everyone slept like a baby. Jerrod was very helpful and the whole process was easy.If I have one complaint, it would be the loud vehicles driving up and down the street at all hours of the night. That, however, is nothing that the host can control. Jerrod was an incredibly nice gentleman and easy to work with. Overall, we had a great vacation and being able to rent a nice quiet house like this for the same price or less than staying in one small hotel room was a huge plus.
