This is a beautiful Florida-style home with lake views and all-day southern sun exposure. Year-round sun and spectacular sunsets are enjoyed poolside within the screened lanai. The whole family can enjoy their own space while having open access to a home complete with all the amenities you'd expect while traveling.

As if that weren't enough, we are 5 miles from beautiful Downtown Naples where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment. You can also find everything you'll need for the warm Gulf Coast beaches only footsteps away.

Lovely house that needs an upgrade

The house and neighborhood were lovely, but they need a serious upgrade. The house needed a good cleaning first off. The air conditioning vents were disgusting. The pool area had moldy furniture. The primary bathroom had a broken shower door and a somewhat lumpy bed. This place could be a real find if they would just make some improvements.

second home for us

Wir waren nun das 4. Mal seit 2008 in diesem Haus. Wir führen uns wie zuhause und verzeihen deshalb dem Objekt, das es schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Fotos sind zwar zwischenzeitlich schon 15 Jahre alt, entsprechen aber auch immer noch dem Standard des Hauses. Es wurde seitdem nichts verändert. Es kam offensichtlich in 2023 zu einem Eigentümerwechsel der leider noch nicht die Investitionen vorgenommen hat die das Haus dringend nötig hat. Für uns, geschuldet durch die Vorgeschichte und den immer sehr guten Kontakt zum Vorbesitzer ist das Haus einfach unser „second home“. Hier ein paar Anmerkungen an den Neuen Hausbesitzer: Es gehören die kompletten Terassenmöbel getauscht, da alle Liegen gebrochen sind und die Stühle teilweise verrostet. Die Elektrik muss untersucht werden, da einige Lampen sowie der Ventilator auf der Terrasse ohne Funktion ist. Die gesamte Beleuchtung vor dem Haus geht auch nicht mehr. Ein Toaster fehlt in der Küche. In die Garage gehören neue Strandstühle und ein Sonnenschirm. Es ist so einfach ein Ferienhaus so auszustatten dass der Aufenthalt unvergesslich ist. Bitte auch den Poolservice überdenken, der Pool war voller Sand den wir selbst entfernt haben. Den verrosteten Handtuchhalter auf der Terrasse haben wir auf unsere Kosten ersetzt, es hat Freude bereitet da es irgendwie auch unser Haus ist 😉

Staycation

We live locally and had our house tented, leaving us out of our home for 3-4 days. We have an older, small dog and a toddler, so the thought of keeping them both entertained while out of their own comfort zone was stressful. We ended up renting a house through VRBO and Premier Property Management. Best decision ever! The house was perfect and welcoming. It was nestled in a beautiful community right in the middle of Naples. I was amazed and so relieved at how relaxed and comfortable the whole family was. The house was equipped with almost everything we could need and what it didn't have a quick trip to Publix fixed it. We had no issues that rendered reaching out to anyone in the management team, but was well informed before and after our stay. Thank you Premier Property for helping make a stressful weekend into a relaxing staycation.

Necessity Missed

It was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was turning green when we arrived so I had to contact property manager. We did not have any paper towells, garbage bags, soap or extra toilet paper. So we had to go shopping for those. Also no laundry detergent to do the sheets and towels which I always do at a vrbo rental. We had problems with the garage door after a few uses. I believe the owners should pay more attention to details. All in all we had a good time but could have been better if the home had been equipped with all the necessities.

Crown Pointe

The house was excellent, well equipped, clean and as per the listing. There were issues with the change over of management of the property shortly before our arrival. We were asked to cancel our booking with the owner and re-book with the new management company. There were issues with this procedure and rather a lack of communication between, the owner, the new management company and us 'the customer'. The re-book was $277 more than our original booking with the owner. This was explained as increased cleaning costs! As all this happened shortly before our departure from the UK we had no option other than to pay the increased charge. This is unacceptable. Our original booking should have been honoured at no extra cost. We are still waiting for part of the cost we paid under the original booking to be refunded. We had problems accessing the property on our arrival. All in all not a good experience.
