Beautiful property

The house had all the right upgrades for a great stay. The property managers were also great to deal with and made sure to let me know they were available if anything was needed

Lovely vacation

Really good location just wish the grass behind the house was mowed, quick walk to the beach, updated kitchen was nice, house had a comfortable feel, beds were nice and firm, great screened in porch and outside deck area.

Great House for 3 Adult Couples

We loved this dog friendly, close to the beach, well appointed home. The shaded screen porch was our favorite!

Edge sits in a quiet area with a slight view of ocean from upper floors. Most furniture is dated and the carpets need a shampoo. The book left by Surf or Sound had little to guide you in the area. Property manager takes a while to return texts and does not communicate plans well. We did receive a new blender but no feedback on suggestion to post instructions for oven. There are many steep stairs in house and to the beach. Pet friendly was helpful but no special touches such as bowls or treat gifts.
