We enjoyed this house very much! It was clean, conveniently located to many shops, and safe. Great for a quick pit stop on our Pacific Coast road trip!

The house is very clean and has comfortable beds and furniture. Check in was very easy, host is responsive and nice. It’s a good location with plenty of parking, convenient to lots of food and activities. There is a fair amount of traffic noise, if you are a sensitive sleeper, but it’s otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Responsive host. Neighbors were a bit noisy (had a party) but this was probably for graduation. Everything in the house and back patio was as described/shown in pictures. Hefty deposit - but it was returned without issue.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella in Seaside very much! The house was clean and well maintained. The location is very convenient for getting to the Monterey area. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay for the Pebble Beach Tournament

Stopped into the spot just for a Saturyday overnight before heading down to the Pebble Beach Pro-Am on Sunday. Definitely did the trick, great spot to crash with a big TV and nice backyard. Would stay again!

Comfortable place with nice hang out.

The house was in a quiet area with a very airy open back sitting area. The home had everything we needed for a worries free stay. The host was great and easy to contact. Overall my family of 6 and my dog were very pleased.

Good one night stay

Beds were clean and, bathrooms adequate. Host was very nice, prwtty good communication. If you are traveling with small xhildren, I would not recommend, as there are wall heaters that get pretty hot to the touch, and it is on a very bust street, comfortable

The house is in a good location for exploring the Monterey Bay Area, was easy to find and check in. A big yard was great for dogs. The host responded promptly to messages and was very kind and accommodating. I felt it could have been a little more clean. The bathtub was quite dirty so we couldn’t use it for our daughter and there was some broken furniture in a pile in the yard. There were also signs in the restrooms that said not to flush any toilet paper at all, which my elderly family members struggled with. Overall we had a nice and comfortable stay and I felt it was worth the price, but since travelling with older more picky family members I would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The host, Immad, was wonderful to communicate with and very friendly. He gave recommendations for some great restaurants and was attentive to our needs. The kitchen sink backed up and he took care of it within a few hours. The house is on a very busy street that is noisy if the windows are open and it is sometimes difficult to back out of the driveway. The kitchen has the essentials like a toaster, Keurig, pots and pans, etc. The seating area in the backyard is quite worn and sun damaged since the picture was taken. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but nothing I couldn’t wipe down myself. All in all it was a great stay and Immad was an excellent host.

I chose this neighborhood because after living here for 18 years, I realized that Seaside is the most lively city In our peninsula where you can dine really good food and is very close to all other cities within 10-12 min of drive.
