There is nothing like a tranquil getaway to Seaside to truly disconnect from daily life and forget about everything else! This welcoming, family-friendly home enjoys a wonderful location with access to the recreational trail for biking and is adjacent to Sabado Park, just one block away. Other great attractions and places to visit include Other Brother Brewery, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Dennis The Menace Playground, Bayonet & Black Horse (golf), Golden State Theatre, Laguna Seca Raceway, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Pebble Beach, Fort Ord Dunes State Park, and Monarch Butterfly Sanctuary. Other excellent locales are only a short drive away, such as the Monterey Bay region and the central California coast, which includes Big Sur and Santa Cruz.

The home offers a cozy and inviting ambiance with a thoughtful design, beautiful wood floors, and an open floor plan for spaciousness. Spread out comfortably in the living room with great ocean views and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming services. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms are south-facing for warmth and isolated for privacy. The backyard deck is bathed in sunlight and is the perfect spot for summertime barbecues. There are two chairs and an umbrella provided for your comfort.

This rental is ideally suited to visit Monterey, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Big Sur, and Pinnacles National Park. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and we could walk into town for a meal, drinks, coffee, etc. Kitchen is well stocked and the laundry was really convenient. We had a great stay!

Great home in nice location.

Very nice place. Clean and fresh, nicely decorated in surfer theme. The ocean view was better than promised - not quite spectacular , it is in a neighborhood, but a nice view nonetheless. Definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Perfect Bungalow in an Ideal Location

A very beautiful bungalow in the perfect location within a quiet neighborhood. It’s just 10-15 minutes from everything, making it incredibly convenient. This was a great alternative to a hotel, providing plenty of space to spread out while still being close to the venue and restaurants. The home exceeded expectations, and I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The location of this property is really nice if you have plans around the Monterey area. We arrived and thought what a charming little house packed into this neighborhood with a good view of the bay. Unfortunately, the neighbors were throwing a wild party with major speakers and a party tent that could seemingly hold 100 people. When we got home around 10 pm the party was going strong, then at midnight they started karaoke and continued until 1:30 am. Since the houses in this neighborhood are so close together there was no escaping the noise. We ended up cutting our vacation short and leaving a day early because we didn't want to risk another night of no sleep. They also didnt have any extra blankets and very thin blankets on the bed.Cute clean house but lacking a little comfort and inconsiderate neighbors.

Great Spot Close to Everything!

We spent a week in this cozy, cute place in Seaside. It was perfect for my family of four. The place was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked for some cooking when we didn’t want to go out for meals. This house was close to shops, restaurants, downtown Monterey, Carmel and pretty much everything else in the area worth exploring. Highly recommend!

This is a two BR, one bath, very recently upgraded kitchen, bathroom, and living area, Brand new appliances. Wi-Fi excellent. Without cable, we couldn’t watch favorite football, etc, but good otherwise. Tiny yard but complete privacy. Incredible view over town and Monterey Bay.

The only issue we had was with the washer somebody left bleach in it, and I had a brand new pair of jeans washed for the first time and my daughter had a brand new shirt from pizza in my heart Santa Cruz that had bleached all over it.

Weekend trip

We stayed at this home for Mothers Day weekend. It was a very cute home, close to the sand city shopping center. We walked there one of the nights to stock up on some breaks fast items. It was a 25 minute walk, which was around the same to go to the beach near that same area. The house itself was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a easy carefree weekend. Having coffee in the living room you could see the water out in the distance, which also was a nice touch to this property. There were dogs that barked around bedtime, which worried me because we did need to leave the windows open for air flow. But as it approached 9-10 pm surprisingly it was very quiet and we slept well. We would easily chose this property again in the future.
