The property is nice and super convenient as it is steps from the beach. Have been staying at this property for o er 10 years and this unit is really nice! Owners have made great upgrades! Great stay!

Perfect location and so easy with dogs! Have and will stay here again. Can’t beat the location and beach access. Bring hand soap and shampoo as they aren’t provided. Super small issue that didn’t affect our fantastic long-weekend away. If you’re thinking about booking this property - just do it! You won’t be disappointed.

Slice of heaven!! Great location, wonderful view, so convenient to be able to walk outside 30 yards to the sand as well as take our dog outside easily from the first floor. Thanks for the memories!

Great little beach side property with fantastic, well communicating owners. The property is in a nice spot with relatively easy parking, close to basically everything in SPI, literally seconds to the beach; clean, well appointed, and modern. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.

Excellent property. The beach view and access is perfect. Walk out the door and on the beach in a minute or less. Condo was well maintained with nice upgrades. We will be back!

Really enjoy the beach-side 1st floor condo. We sit on the patio and watch the waves almost like sitting next to the water. Our pup enjoys the nicely manicured lawn right outside the patio door. This was our 2nd stay and plan to go back more. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nicely furnished. Did not want to leave.

Condo was absolutely perfect size for 2 people. It was the cleanest VRBO we've stayed at. The view was amazing and right next to beach access. Stocked with towels, beach towels, tp, paper towels, soap, dishwash detergent and plenty of kitchen utensils and gadgets.

Clean property with the beach at your backyard. I loved the direct access to the beach. Pet friendly property, pool was heated, furniture updated and bathroom beautifully upgraded. Owner communicated promptly! Will most definitely book again!
