Loved the location and how close to the beach. House was large and had lots of room foe all six adults. Would stay again in the future.

Very nice home, beautiful view of the ocean. Next to the pier. Owners were amazing. Needed a couple of things and Cam brought them right over. 4 generations of our family were there and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Told host & was suggested to use the regular maker. We had pods in the flavor we like. BummerIce maker didn't work. I notified the host & was thanked. I wanted ice for my drinks, so I had ice trays delivered from Walmart. 2 tiny trays were in the freezer but not nearly enough for a large group of people.The ceiling fans to the bedroom porches were a nice touch, but one had a missing remote. When I notified the host since there is a notice posted that guests are charged if a remote is lost, once again, I got a response but no action. Many kitchen cabinets were missing knobs. Many drawers had boxes of knobs and such, but drawers were not labeled. Labeled drawers, cabinets, and light switches would be a nice touch. (It took a while to figure out a light switch was necessary for the media room TV in the basement.)Unless you have a small 3rd car to park under the porch & in front of the garage, it will use paid public parking. Garage is small. Be prepared for a tight squeeze if you and your vehicle are larger.1 wash cloth per personElevator directions

The rooms were clean. The host was available and responded promptly to our requests (an iron was delivered to us). The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking (coffee pot, toaster were onsite). The beach view was great from most rooms on the top floor middle floors.We were happy with the accommodations.

Fantastic location and Gorgeous Home

We had a family of 12 people. Wonderful stay. A few things came up but the property manager Cameron went above and beyond to make our stay better. The home is spacious and beautiful. Definitely needs some updating and repairs but all and all a fantastic vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Perfect setup!

This property was an amazing location (less than 30 seconds to beach) with a great setup that allowed us to spread out and be together all at the same time! There was plenty of space and beds to accommodate all that stayed! Owners were very easy to work with and answered anything we needed very promptly. We will be back staying!!

Prime Location, Great Space for Large Gatherings

Really enjoyed our stay. 3rd Floor space was perfect for our family reunion celebration and elevator was great for our older guests. Nice Ocean views from the 3rd floor. Beach was an easy walk and we all took advantage.

Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a large family and/or group. Each bedroom has its own spacious bath and restfully comfortable beds. We enjoyed the decks and views of the ocean. The beach is walkable and close. So many delicious restaurants and charming shops! I would highly recommend this property!

Girls’ Weekend Perfection

This was the perfect space for our girls’ getaway. Literally steps from the ocean as described! The third floor was the perfect space with a large open area living room, dining area, and kitchen. The porch and the ocean views were perfect for morning coffee. The house was spotless and was well stocked with the supplies we needed. The host was very quick to respond with any questions. It was a great stay!

Roomy House on the Beach! Perfect for Families

We were in Tybee for our daughter's wedding. This house was perfectly located at the beach entrance and made it easy for our family to enjoy the beach at their own intervals. The house was very roomy and perfect for having multiple age groups all under one roof. The only downside was the lack of paid parking! Plan to spend 50ish per day for additional cars! (2 spots are included with the house)

Perfect Beach House

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house on Tybee Island. Three families (from Fairhope, Al and Clayton, NC and Arcadia, FL) met to spend a week celebrating my mom's 87 birthday. This house was perfect for us with the large open kitchen, dining and living room where we could all hang out, the 4 bedrooms (each with it's own en suite bathroom), and most importantly, the elevator!The owners were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The sunrise and sunset views were fantastic and only a quick minute walk to a beautiful beach.

Wonderful!

Location is amazing, stores and food are nearby and the beach is 1 minute walking. Just notice pets are not allowed on the beach. House is beautiful and very comfy. Lots of rooms and natural light. Owner very responsive and helpful. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 25 minutes drive to Savannah which is a beautiful city. We will come again!

Great location and lots of space

Five 50+yr old ladies. We loved the property and the location. Close to shopping and the beach. The size was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Lots of space to gather comfortably. I liked the style, too. Very clean. The property manager was excellent. Quickly responded to questions. Highly recommend this property.

Annual Family Tybee Trip

The house was perfect! We even had beds left over that no one slept in! The kids loved playing pool downstairs and the walk to the beach was less than 1 minute! The house had everything we needed, an abundance of beach chairs and towels! The property manager, Cameron, was always available and responded instantly to any questions I had. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect for large groups!

This house was perfect for the 15 people we had staying at the house! Main complaint was that there was no bathroom on the ground floor. Otherwise the stay was great and it accommodated everyone and everything we needed! It's basically a stone's throw away from the beach which was AWESOME. Parking worked out fine especially bc we were there during an off time. Overall, great stay and will likely be back.

Tybee Island Stay

We had a wonderful time! The house was close to the beach and the carts for beach chairs, etc. came in handy. The house was very roomy and it was nice to have linens provided. We had an issue on the 2nd floor with the AC. Cameron responded quickly and the AC was fixed. He communicates well and wants you to enjoy your trip!
