Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay and Erin was a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed and more than met our expectations. Easy access to the beach which wasn't that crowded since it was between public access points - a perfect spot! We would definitely come back again!

This beautiful home just steps from the big, wide beach was perfect during the Covid 19 crisis. Beautiful views and long walks.

Great Quiet Beach and Home

Great home and private access to the beach. Property manager was very responsive to concerns of bugs coming through the old windows. Although the home is very clean it needs new windows and blinds. Most window seals were visibly broken and most blinds were not working so we could not see the ocean view. Owner left a note that they want you to keep the thermostat to 75 or higher. That was fine for us but I could imagine that might not be ideal for most. Overall a wonderful large home that suited our needs.

Everything you need...And More!!!!

My family, my sister's family and our dad had an amazing time at this house! It had so many kitchen extras that you don't get in other rentals. The extra towels, cleaning products.....not to forget items to use for the beach. If you can't bring with you or forgot it, this house had it for you! The view was amazing. And location was perfect. Once you enter the beach.... you feel like it's private. Perfect location between the Public access locations... so away from crowds. Communication was quick, friendly.... just an easy process from beginning to end! Tha k you.... highly recommend staying here!!!

Great Christmas at the Beach

We had another delightful visit to your beautiful home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We love that big wide beach and stayed warm and cozy indoors during the cold snap for a couple of days. I’m sure we will be back someday.

Great place to stay

This house is in a perfect location. Private boardwalk to the beach makes getting to and from the beach very easy. It’s just a short walk or bike to food, drinks, and the lighthouse. The house is very spacious and has great places to hang out after the beach. Most beach toys you need are at the house. Highly recommend.

Family Getaway

Having a group filled with diverse ages and needs, it was a challenge to find the right accommodations. Finding this house was truly a Godsend. Our arrival was facilitated fully by a most helpful host, and the house was as beautiful as advertised. Overall, our family enjoyed a wonderful week! I would highly recommend:)

Amazing property

I would 100% rent this property again. From the house to the location to the property manager...everything was incredible. The beach was fairly private and not over-run with people. The house was spacious and relaxing. The house was rented for a girls weekend however I cannot wait to book a family vacation with my husband and 3 kids!

Amazing Vacation

This property is one of the best we have rented! It was very clean, had tons of space, on a private cul se sac with private access to the beach. The walk to the beach is a very short walk with no stairs! The owner, Erin, was extremely responsive and accommodating. You can tell that she wants your vacation to be perfect! We look forward to hopefully staying here again!

Best Yet

We have stayed in many different rentals in many different beaches. This was the best accommodation of all. It was clean, comfortable and extremely convenient to the beach. There were 6 adults and 4 children. We had plenty of space to come together and also space to get away for a little downtime. This was a great fit for our family.

On repeat

This was our second time renting this home. The house is equipped with everything you need and is in the perfect location for us. My mom just turned 80 and it’s just a very small walk to the beach, but doable for older renters as well as kids. It is very well maintained and the coastal decor is fitting for the island and the property manager couldn’t be more accommodating. You won’t be sorry for choosing this home and it will probably be on your Tybee Rental Repeat List.

The communication with the owner was timely - everything was fine with our trip. The only reason why we gave an overall 4 star was related to amenities. For a place that is over 1000 per night, we would hope that the beach chairs would be in much better shape/condition. There was only 1 new beach chair, all others were old, rusted and actually dangerous (my wife was cut by a sharp edge on one chair). We also communicated with the owner about what was available in the kitchen, noting that we planned to cook, and we were told the spices were stocked etc. Upon arrival, all the spices were old, caked hard, and basically not useable so we had to go buy everything. Had we known, we would have packed the essentials to save some money. Same with the grill for use, the grill grates are so old, rusted, and deteriorating that we didn’t feel safe cooking on it. Finally, some of the soap dispensers in the bathroom were low or empty. Aside from that, the house was great, comfortable, plenty of seating and the beach is a short walk away. This is really a 5 star spot if some of the minor details can be refreshed, updated, and taken care of to ensure visitors are truly welcomed without having to do anything.

Lovely Home

We rented this lovely home for our family to stay at during the week of my daughter’s wedding. Not only is the home spacious and well decorated, it is well equipped with everything you need. The property manager, Erin, is very responsive and attentive to any questions you may have. In addition, the house has a beautiful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed while rocking in chairs on the front porch. The neighborhood is perfect for walking in a safe environment and is just around the corner from Jaycee Park. Such a great location! Thanks again for making our special occasion even better by sharing your wonderful home with us.

The property is as descripted in the listing: beautiful, relaxing and accommodates a family

It is a vacation house that is complete, steps from the beach and has all the amenities needed while away from home such as fully stock kitchen, bathrooms, towels and games for entertainment. The owner was very accessible to resolve any issues.

Great family with children getaway

The house was perfect for our family. It had lots of different spaces for children or adults to do things. Property is well cared for and kept up. Everyone loved the house and the private beach. Water was warmer than west coast and waves were not strong so kids loved to play at the beach.

This is our personal beach house, where our family loves spending time together. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and makes getting all your equipment and supplies there so much easier, especially when you have kids in tow! It's quieter in the North Beach area and being a private neighborhood means that you won't have to worry about crowds. There's plenty of space for friends and family to make themselves comfortable and entertain in. We know you will love it as much as we have!
