Great Location

Nice 5 bedroom house located close to Disney and Universal as well as a nice golf course. Owner was very responsive with an easy check-in process.

I booked this property for 3 nights for my family with the expectations of a nice pool home vacation spot with hot tub and whirlpool garden tub as it advertised. There was no hot tub! It had been long since removed. But it was included in the amenities. The pool furniture was broken,busted and sun baked and brittle. There was a garden tub in the master bathroom but it was not a whirlpool or jacuzzi. In fact it was infested with termite looking insects. The property needs updating. It felt like someone's grandparents passed away and the house got AB&B'D. All of the appliances were really old! TVs included. Two of the 5 rooms had TVs for RV mobile homes in them. There is hardly anything there except for coffee filters so bring everything! Marcel the on-call maintenance person never responded nor did the host. I'm very upset with the misleading and no response from the property management. This could be a really nice place with proper maintenance and management.

Big Home

My wife and I and two granddaughters stayed here. It was very clean and roomy. The pool and hot tub were a big plus. Would stay here again.

Disney trip

House was conveniently located to all Disney parks. The house was well furnished and supplied. The host was very friendly and helpful. We had a great time and would recommend this property.

Great Disney Vacation

House was very clean and heated pool was wonderful. Communications with the owner was very smooth and timely, even extended my stay for an extra day. Loved the convenience of staying close to Disney and other local restaurants. I would recommend staying here. Couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing family trip!

We took the kids & grandkids on a winter get-a-way to Orlando. Perfect location to day trip, everything close by, loads of retail and restaurants a short drive away. Plenty of sleeping room in the house, when trying to keep kids of various ages happy LOVED having the pool and hot tub in the backyard.

Excellent, Beautiful Location

My wife and our three adult children stayed at this location for 1 week. The residence was clean, bright and incredibly spacious, particularly with 5 adults. Everything we needed was provided. The community is quiet and very peaceful and we were a short drive to Disneyworld and all amenities. We will definitely be coming back!

Family Vavation

This house suited our needs. It allowed the 7 of us space to ourselves but gathering areas as well. A couple issues popped up during our stay but were attended to quickly by property manager and owner. We would stay here again.

The host and property manager were very responsive. The hot tub was dirty so we couldn’t use it….but overall things went well. Suggestion: there were only 2-3 washcloths available so we had to use hand towels to shower. If you use washcloths (I know everyone don’t) I suggest you bring your own to ensure there’s enough for all in your party

Good stay

The house was in a great location and the house was clean. The family really enjoyed it. We had a 5 day stay and only had a half roll of tissue in each bathroom. Other than that small thing, I have no complaints. Will stay again.

Had to clean oven and dryer did not get hot. Overall I would stay again

We noticed that someone pushed the dryer too close to the wall, causing the flow area of the vent hose greatly reduced, which was causing the dryer less effective. We replaced the vent hose and moved the dryer away from the wall to remove the pinch

Great location

We loved the location and the gated community amenities. The house size was nice for our family, 4 adults and 5 children. Kids enjoyed hot tub and pool. The furnishings are very dated and the bedding should be updated. It would also be helpful to have plastic cups to use in the pool area. We were there to visit Disney, which was close and worked well for us.

Great handicap access

This was a great handicap accessible unit. Several electric outlets are damaged and in need of repair, but nothing that would keep us from future rentals

Great house and great value for the money

We were 2 familes staying in house with 4 children from 9-12 and the space was more than we needed. Kids and adults alike enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the game room. Easy to communicate with owner, owner answered all questions in a very timely manner. House was clean and everything worked as expected in house. Gated community was very nice and exceptionally clean and minutes away from shopping and Disney. I plan to book house again next time I'm down that way.

Comfortable & relaxing

We spent 3 weeks in this house. It is spacious and comfortable. There was a problem with the pool heat and the owner and maintenance man, Marcel, took care of it within 24 hours ( a part needed to be ordered and replaced). This was our second time renting this home. We will likely rent here again. It fits our needs The owner responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns.

We stayed 3 nights here. There were not enough towels/linen to accommodate our group of 8, we could only located 6 towels in the master bathroom, that's it. We did not cook so unsure about the appliances but the dryer is older and takes time to dry the laundry. The ad notes a private pool with jacuzzi, upon arrival it was clear the Jacuzzi has been removed with the exception of the steps for jacuzzi which are remaining on the patio. The property manager stated jacuzzi has not worked in some time and is not advertised but looking back at the listing it is on the ad more than once! It rained the last night of our stay, when arriving back to the property after an awesome day, the entire front porch and walls entering home was covered in worms, they were falling onto us as we entered the house, after researching we believe these are asian jumping worms, a horrific experience to say the least. There is no weatherstripping around the front door so they did end up entering thru the cracks around the door also in all first level rooms. We travel several times through the year, and I definitely would not rent this home again after my family's experience here.
