Welcome to our charming and cozy beach house located in the picturesque town of Oak Island. This stunning property boasts three bedrooms and one and a half baths, perfect for families or groups of friends looking to relax and unwind by the ocean.

The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by an open living and dining room area, providing a perfect space to gather for meals or enjoy a movie night with loved ones. We had a wonderful stay.The Host answered questions promptly. The house was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach. I highly recommend this house.

Perfect location for this little cottage with everything we needed! Our terrier Bert loved the yard - equipped w frisbee golf, hammock and fire pit. We spent almost every night out there. Being so close to Holly - vacationers can scoot down to 40th and it’s a straight shot to beach access. Beds and linens were comfy and they thought of all the extras you dont always think to include! Great stay and a great house!

This was our second stay and it was just as wonderful as last year. The house is great and the location is close to the beach and everything you need. We will be back next summer!

This beach house was as described and was the perfect staging point for a great week at the beach. From plenty of sleeping space, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor shower, and convenient fenced in yard for our 2 dogs… it had all of the amenities we needed. House was and smelled clean on arrival. Just a short 3 min drive to beach by golf cart. Shannon was a fantastic host and even made it easy for us to extend our stay an extra night. Thank you for our family’s 2026 beach memories!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the fenced backyard for the dogs and the convenience to the beach, eating places, etc. Highly recommend staying at this property for anyone looking for a place. We could not have been happier!

This home had everything we needed for a comfortable two weeks stay. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were many little touches throughout the house that made it feel like home. The fenced in back yard and beach supplies were a plus.
